I don’t understand why every time I come here this business always finds an excuse to charge and make money off of me. I just attempted to send a gift card to my mom. I already had the stamp postage on the letter and I asked for a tracking number. The owner lady kept arguing with me that it wasn’t a gift card that she had to charge me as a package. Then proceeded to argue that it wasn’t a gift card no matter what I said. I don’t have to explain myself to her, so I left once again and took my business elsewhere. They don’t deserve my money, every time I go they just want my money. Why am I gonna pay for postage again. It’s none of her business if I’m sending a singing card to my mum with a gift card in the letter. It wasn’t a package just a birthday card and a gift card. These people really piss me off how money hungry they are l. And ti top it off they overprice their services. Office Depot prints for 10 cents, they always want to charge $3 per page

I signed up for a post box here through iPostal since I live in Tijuana and everything was smooth. I come here once a month to pick up my mail and the fee is very reasonable. The owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Once again the best customer service. This time around I called them several times over days with questions about Apostille and Notary services. They answered with patience and were extremely helpful. Very professional and courteous. Gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

It is no surprise this business is ALWAYS DEAD. The staff is super rude and lack customer service skills. And to top it off overprice everything. Nothing good about this place. Owners are probably in more debt than their earnings. Net worth must be in the negatives for them to always be so angry

They “don’t give out usps flat rate boxes for prepaid labels.” USPS GIVES THEM TO EVERYONE FOR FREE so why be stingy? Meanwhile, other Postal Annexes locations give them out and will even help pack my poshmark shipments.

This is one of the most efficient, convenient, and friendly businesses I've see in 70 years on this planet. It's lovely to be remembered and greeted each time I walk in. Miss Chandni and Mr. Pankaj are lovely people and the staff are great. The customers are always polite and patient. They have cute and useful little gifts available and it's really convenient to buy art and office supplies. I always find good greeting cards here. I wasn't sure if it was worth it to rent a postal box here but it has made our lives so much easier.
