if you drop off a package ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT. Idk if this place is under new management but before I would ask for my receipt for proof of drop off and it was not an issue. the new ownership refuses to give receipts for USPS packages because they don’t want to be “liable” if package is lost. To me that sounds like “I am not trustworthy to hand off your package”. Won’t be using this location anymore

I’m sorry but paying $4 plus tax to print two B&W pages is just ridiculous. I can see why this place was ghostly empty. I would rather spend that on something I would enjoy at least. For anyone that wants to do printing services, go to Office Depot, FedEx, or anywhere else but this place unless you are trying to get overcharged for printing. I'm giving it three stars because the employee who assisted me was efficient and kind, and their system retrieved my documents incredibly fast.

Rude. How can you have someone come up to you and not in uniform telling me it’s time to leave when you’re a paying customer when ask who they are? She just tells you that she’s the manager, but stitting there on her computer with headphones and no proof.

I’ve been using this postal annex for over 10 years. They have everything. I’ve personally used the following services:
Shipping items
Printing documents
Printing pictures
Scanning of both for emails
Notarizing so many times.
I will continue to support this postal annex.

So looks like this Postal Annex doesn’t accept USPS pre-paid shipping labels,
But the one in Village Center does accept Pre-paid labels ?

Change your print pricesWas in a hurry everything looks so busy I couldn't find prices.Other postal annex charge .18 to .20 cents per page. Office Depot is .18 cents a b&w printThought I would support local and be in and out but ended up waiting because of one employee and after the print be charged $2.25 for one b&w page. Come on. This makes me not want to support local. Never ever going back because if it's 2.25 for a print everything else will be over priced

I literally came here to mail a letter to someone’s P.O. Box to San Ysidro. I came on the 20th and said I would like this mailed to them asap in the next 2-3 days. The lady said okay, we can do certified mail. It’s now the 28th and the letter is still at the distribution in San Diego. What a waste of time. They can’t blame the USPS or delays since they are the ones who recommended that to me after I said I wanted first class mail with tracking.

Dropped off a package here, and it was never scanned in and ended up lost. UPS opened an investigation and couldn't find it in their own inventory.So it was stolen by someone at this location, contacted them over phone and email and they won't open a claim or work with me at all, they just keep pointing fingers at UPS.Now I've been dealing with this issue with UPS for weeks, save your time and don't come here.

This place is pricy but they have everything you would need at an office. I needed to print something out, ship an item to Utah, and I came across some cute cards and keychains as last minute Christmas finds. Thank you Vivian for being so helpful and patient since I don't really ship anything. Come here if you don't want to make that long line at the post office and don't mind paying a little extra. You'll be in and out in less than 5 minutes.
