“Highly recommend this minuteman press for anyone needing to print custom items or standard item. I run a small business and needed custom sized inserts. I was unable to get them printed at the larger retailers like Staples or FedEx so I reached out to minuteman press. They were super fast to respond to me and create my inserts. There was a slight mistake on the inserts and they immediately fixed them and reprinted them within an hour. “I've used this location several times, sadly for printing funeral programs and collage posters for loved ones. The outcomes on all these projects have been beautiful work. I normally layout my projects myself and use them for printing only, and they have called me if they see any issues prior to the job being printed. Sometimes the lines waiting for customer service are wonky, but overall I appreciate this location. If you search online, you can usually find a code for a discount.”
“The staff there is very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They always help with suggestions as to how to pack and label your items to ship or return.”
“I'm giving the 5 Star review to David. He was running the store by himself on a Wednesday afternoon. I don't know what the circumstances were for that situation to occur. But David handled, multiple customers, copies, mailing, complicated items for customers, receiving drop offs from Amazon and greeting new customers and ensuring them he would help shortly in a matter of minutes. David is the 5 Star. I hope working alone is not the norm as that would be too much for anyone after a while. Thank you David, you deserve the best.”
