I got my toes done for my birthday It seemed like the nail tech was in a hurry, she rushed through it all and ended up cutting me a little on my big toe that now ended up in a nail infection. I had to go urgent care, and now I'm on antibiotics. I definitely will not be coming back horrible experience.

Worst nail experience ever. Don’t bother making an appointment because they still take other walk-in clients and make you wait anyways. I waited 30 minutes. The pedicure was rushed and nails were the worst I’ve ever had. The woman doing my nails said she couldn’t do ombré and wouldn’t listen about how i wanted them done. She left them super thick and uneven and acted like she didn’t want to even be doing them to begin with. Rude service and bad results. Will never go back and would advise others not to waste your time or money here

Got a basic pedicure here, and they couldn't do it right. The pedicure lady rushed through it and left my nails looking like they weren't done. They offered to fix it, and it still looked the same. And all the manager offered was a sorry and a shrug,which does nothing to fix the problem. Pictures 1, 3, and 4 were the first attempt, and picture 2 is the "fix"

Walked in for a pedicure and from the moment I sat down they never asked me what package I wanted. Rushed it and was done in less than 20 minutes. Pedicurist just went to town and then cut me a couple of times too. Three days later now I have an infection. Never coming back.

Usually like going here since it’s sooooo close to my home but lately they have been lacking. I made an apt for full set+ pedi at 3 and didn’t get seated until 3:25 then the pedi didn’t end until 4:50 so I literally didn’t have enough time to spend 3+ hours at the nail salon… so I only got my toes done

not so professional. The tech working my my pedi does an amazing job while the other tech working my nails does an ok job. I showed her photo of what i wanted on my nail which is the round, thin french. Instead she gave me sharp nails, thick french and two she filed two of my nails crooked. I love the Professionail off Washington in Hillcrest. They're the best, i assumed i would get the same experience and treatment here. This place was busy so i guess its hit or miss.

Well... to start I wanted a full set of french tips. Tiffany convinced me that regular tips with a gel drawn french tip was "more natural", so I agreed. As she used the drill bit, she had nicked me in almost every finger. Then she cut down a hang nail and it bleed, she didn't even take the time to disinfect the area. I had to tell her to apply alcohol. Then later she told me that I needed my eyebrows waxed, I told her why would I need my eyebrows waxed if I just got then done 3 days ago? I left completely unhappy but tiped aways. A couple days later, I noticed that my curticles were getting red, itchy and had small blisters in some areas, see pictures. I went to Urgent Care and the doctor said I had developed an allergy most likely to the cheap products or chemicals being used, most likely MMA chemicals being used. I had to remove my acrylics at home and apply a Rx ointment that was given to me by Urgent Care. So disappointed with my experience at this nail salon.

The male manager there has zero customer service. Made me pay for my nails before they were even done . Had a spa pedicure/ eyebrow wax. Gel manicure $99 altogether. The old lady doing my nails didn't even give foot massage. I paid extra for services. Because they were closing? Took my money and didn't even complete services rendered. Now I've given this place a second chance because dude was robbing me. Charging my card $4 more for EACH service . THEN THIS HAPPENS. And it was not even busy .... Then they start talking racist about my culture ? Fun fact ? iPhone has a app that allows you to translate. So if your latin ? This place isn't happen-in? Over charging ? And dirty old smelly pillows in there. Send in the health department.

First time I came here the lady who did my nails did them way too thick. I wanted coffin and I got plain squares that looked cheap. Second time I came just to remove my acrylics. Third time was the worst experience ever! The guy with the earring helped me and kept trying to rush the entire time. He kept twisting my hand and fingers which hurt, and then he kept telling me to relax my hand which I have never heard before at any nail salon I've been to. He used a dirty towel on me I couldn't believe it. When he started doing my nails they looked way too thick so I asked him if he can thin them up. His response was "I'm not done! We still got a long way to go" long story short he left them thick af and kept messing them up so I started calling him out and telling him to fix his mistakes and told him if I'm paying for a service I wanted to be done right. Yeah, it's me, hey. This job is not for you bro! I hope he reads this so he can see how much he sucks. Two days later my nails started peeling off so I had to go back so they can fix them. Waste of time! Here are some pics of when they were pulling and how thick they look even after I told him to thin them up. I got them like a week ago but as soon as Halloween is over I'm taking them off I really don't like them. My hair is already getting tangled on them. Oh! And my friend got a fungus after coming here so be careful coming here.
