AJ from Eastlake did it again. She always comes up with new and innovative moves. I look forward to having her as the instructor. She never disappoints. I know the entire class are feeling the pain (good pain). She reminds the entire class why we are here and it's all about us. Great job AJ and keep it up.KTG

Excellent staff ! Knowledgeable, caring and supportive. All of the instructors are talented and professional. I am definitely a beginner, and was made to feel more than comfortable! Thank you for assisting me on my journey to a healthier with me!
