These Quest Diagnostics locations are really all on the same level, all garbage excuse after excuse they set appointments but never make sure they they have the work order for you in place. Then have you call to get the order faxed and say it can take up to a day to get a fax in like WTF

I made an appointment for early (730) so I couldn't get to work on time. 30 min late. The phlebotomist could not figure out my order. Pretty sure they are backed up at 730 because this lady can't figure out how to use the computer.

I scheduled an appointment here for 0800 on a Friday. It was smooth and quick to get my blood work done. Had no issues and the person who took my blood was nice. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Just had my diagnostics done today and everything is fast and easy. I was hesitant at first since i’ve read a lot of bad reviews, but it was such a good experience for me. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was really quick and had gentle hands. I have an appointment and arrived early. No front desk person since you just need to check in using a bar code to scan your appointment schedule, ID and Insurance card then just wait for them to call you in, take your blood and go. Those who don’t have an appointment will really have to wait and it might take a long time because you’re on standby. You will only we called if someone doesn’t show up for their appointment or if everyone is done.

I would give half a star or less if I could. Let's start by saying the staff in the back is rude unless you're Mexican and are a walk in, then you'll get help from anyone. Technically they take walk ins but prefer an appointment...but it won't matter. They see people whenever they want via an electronic device they shove into a corner. If you make an appointment they will not see you before other possible walk-ins, buttttt they will see appointments before walk in's. Don't expect anyone to move fast. They will laugh at you in the back instead of moving through people waiting in the lobby. There is no receptionist. They will randomly answer questions as they call people. Use the Sharp Laboratory, Labcorp or Fastest Labs. We came in on a Thursday, as a walk in and waited 1.5 hours before they said appointments take priority. Then on the following Tuesday had an appointment but came early. Waited for another hour, and was told walk-ins make a priority if there are no appointments. How does a business like this stay open?

Go to another location. Even if you make an appointment, you don’t get seen for 2+ hours. Literally, what is the point??

Unfortunately, this place is as bad as everyone says. I had an appointment and was called back on time, but sat there for over 25 minutes while the tech attempted to enter my info. She stared at the orders like she’d never seen anything like them before. And the place was pretty grimy! Moreover, it’s been a week and I’ve received no results.

NO STARS. MY SON WHO HAS PROBLEMS SHOWED UP TO GET LABWORK. THEY MADE HIM WAIT AND WAIT .. THEY SAID WE CLOSE AT 1PM AND HE WAS THERE SINCE THE MORNING. IF YOU CAN LET IN WALK INS TELL THEM BEFORE THEY WAIT FOR HOURS. AND NOT EATEN.. TALK ABOUT THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

the worst place to schedule an appointment every day I go in at 8am to schedule an appointment and they never have anything available they always have a full day and when you go to the facilities personally to schedule an appointment the same thing the machine tells you that they don't have any more appointments available today since there are only 1 or 2 people in the place and there is never anyone available in the lobby to ask the worst place with customer service and the most inaccessible to book an appointment work and stop being lazy with the unemployment of the Covid no longer wants to work and is only being very busy when in reality they do not work at all!!!! ???

They had three phlebs and three patients but no one was seen for over 30 mins. They only came out to turn away walkin patients. We heard them gossiping and laughing in the back. Also, they have no receptionist in the front. You literally go in and have no idea what to do.Update: All three phlebs are free and they still haven’t seen us. We’ve been here for an hour now. I asked why can’t they see us and the phlebotomist’s literal answer was “ I don’t have a straight answer for you.”Othe Update: We all heard one of the phlebs on a personal phone call while 4 patients were checked in and no one was being seen. Quest management needs to perform an evaluation on its employees at this location!
