Staff was kind and was able to get in and out within 15 minutes, I did schedule an appointment though. Plenty of people were waiting around 1pm so I suggest scheduling an appointment instead of a walk-in.

Great service. I did a walk in and did have some wait time but I appreciate the staff getting me in with no appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful and Pamela who tended to me was so kind and did a great job. I will definitely return for future lab work but with a scheduled appointment.

Did walk in today. Checked in at 8:50ish and left 11:30ish… for almost 3 hours that we’ve been waiting I’m still #2 in the list. Ending up leaving because my son was already starving to death! 😂 at least that’s what he told me! Hahaha! Walk-in in this place is terrible I suggest u make an appointment. They don’t entertained walk in at all. Even no one is check in for appointments they don’t even call at least 1 walk-in in 2 hrs! Terrible experienced!

If you schedule your appointment, then it should be quick and simple. I went in the afternoon and there was almost no wait time. Make sure you fast and bring your insurance card and ID. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. My results came in the next day. Wow.

I scheduled my appointment online, the earliest available time was four days later. I arrived at my appointment five minutes late and checked in at the kiosk. Couple minutes later they got me in. I was surprised and how quick and smooth the whole process was.

The staff was second to none. The wait time was unacceptable. I was there an hour and five minutes with an appointment. There were at least 30 people in the waiting area. I didn't feel comfortable waiting in the waiting room. No hand sanitizer, no one to help people with the kiosk. Some older patients would be at the kiosk for 15 minutes trying to figure it out. There wasn't an option at this location to wait outside and be texted when available . The only reason I would return is because of the staff.

I arrived and departed within 5 minutes. Because of my appointment, I was called just as I was finishing my sign in on the kiosh. My phlebotomist was named Pamela. She was professionally quick and I was not rushed. When she put the needle in I felt nothing. That is a welcomed skill. She was courteous and attentive. A very pleasant and happy experience.

Came in for a blood draw and the phlebotomist did not disinfect the draw site. Extremely shocked this is dangerous and negligent.

No receptionist. at least 60 people ahead of you when you get there and no one answers the phone . Probably a good place to wait all day and be told they can’t help you once you see a human.

I came with an appointment and was helped almost right away. My phlebotomist was very kind and helpful despite the fact that I don't have very good veins. I'll be honest, it's a really weird question to ask how likely I will be to recommend Quest to a friend or family member because I don't think anyone at all is in the habit of recommending a testing facility and furthermore most people don't have a choice in what facility they go to for bloodwork apart from which location to go to. Just food for thought. Anyway the service was great at this location and I'll probably come again when I need a blood test because this is the company my doctor uses and I have to get one every 3 months.
