- UPDATE 2024: Something to think about is that Dr. Hibili ranted about how he wasn't going to deal with "wokeness". Since when did expecting competent professional services equate to wokeness? You know what's woke, Dr. Hilda? Your response below critiques us for telling you're staff to speak English. Aren't we in an English speaking country, founded in English? Is there a Spanish version of the Constitution in my history book I may have missed. It's apparent that YOU'RE the woke crusader. That's kind of ironic coming from an unhinged and petty person - the one you see in the mirror every day while you're powdering your face...Original Review: Dr. Keith Hilinski unjustifiably screamed and verbally attacked my wife and I inside of his premises. We brought our cat for nail clipping and bath. We explained that our cat was nervous and has never required sedation for grooming. Dr. Hilinski's groomer, Ana, mishandled our cat by pouring water on him, not giving him a bath because she was unable to do so and placed him back in his cage while it was still lined with a urine soaked pad. She appeared to be obese and unfit to care for animals. She also didn't speak English properly, similar to other staff at this place. She insisted that our cat be sedated. Why would you sedate for a bath? They have the bathing area in the same room with multiple dogs in cages barking. How is a cat supposed to be comfortable. We were told she drives in from Tijuana. Upon our objections that our cat would get sick while staying drenched and in filthy conditions, Dr. Hilinski ran down to us, told us that we "messed with the wrong person today" and told us to "get the (expletive) out of his business". He made no attempt to assist our cat, check to see if he was okay or perform any of the duties he is required to do as a licensed veterinarian. He was filled with rage and was very hostile in nature. This guy is supposed to run a vet hospital? How can anyone feel safe with a maniac vet handling your precious pets. Rolling Hills Pet Hospital was negligent in handling our cat. Moreover, my wife was shocked and is apparently suffering extreme emotional distress. The treatment we received shocked our collective conscious.Response to Reply:Bilingual means speaking two languages fluently. It has nothing to do with being Hispanic. Ana clearly lacks the ability to understand English clearly. Your staff pleaded with her to help us or at least dry up our cat. She wouldn’t (or couldn’t) listen to anyone. Please don't tarnish us for something you don't seem to comprehend. Our families are from other countries, but they speak English clearly. Perhaps you are afraid to admit the truth because your doctor may start yelling and cursing at you the way he did at us. So unprofessional and disgusting. Also, Ana was supposed to call us on multiple occasions to discuss since we opted for the express service. She never called. Not surprised about her ignorance since she was hired by someone shining in that quality. Our cat has NEVER required sedation for grooming. Your staff doesn't know how to treat pets in a safe manner and your wash station looks like an animal-cruelty-supporter set it up. Animal cruelty should be written on your front door. This situation happened because Dr. Animal Cruelty ran up to us in a rabid manner. As he yelled at my wife in an abusive tone (seems like he has an abusive tendancy with women) he was apparently foaming at the mouth. It doesn’t look like he’s in the right mind to treat pets, let alone to run a licensed business.

My sister in law has taken her dog here for years and always received great care. So when I adopted a new cat she recommended I come here. The staff is so welcoming and nice and the Dr. Keith was great. When my Sheltie got sick I took him here and the staff was very kind and understanding of this emotional time. Dr. Keith explained everything very clear, went over multiple options and I trusted Dr. Keith. Quickly discovered my pup had cancer and Dr. Keith was straight forward, very informative, and presented options. I appreciate the gentleness of everyone at this vet clinic and I cant say enough great things about this veterinary facility because everyone here has been so kind, informative, transparent, lays out the options and give you a break down before you can decide what is needed. I now have two new rescues and being on a budget I find the prices competitive to other vets in the area and they are fair and with such great attention and care prior, I will continue to take my pets here. I trust the Vet & staff at this facility and thank you so much for all you do. My new rescues need their vaccinations so I will see you soon.

for 15 years I took my pup here for vet, grooming and emergencies. For 15 years Dr. Keith was rude, arrogant and accusatory. Prices kept changing, it was never consistent and treatments often didn't work and required another vet visit and another treatment. Upselling ALL the time and making me feel guilty if I didn't buy everything recommended. Even the meds were overpriced. Grooming always seemed to cause over mental anxiety on my pet...the last straw was bringing her home and she was completely deaf. Addressing this issue only brought on denial that it happened at their groomers. I have seen terrible reviews for this place and seen them get deleted little by little so their ratings getting better. Some people may have great experiences but after 15 years and thousands and thousands of dollars later, I will never step foot in that place again. The staff there are definitely amazing people but at the end of the day, Dr. Keith called the shots and his bedside manner was horrible. Only now, after my pet has passed away do I feel I could write a review of my experience there.

If you want to see what the doctor at this hospital is really about, google “Dr. Keith Hilinski racist remarks” and you can see the core values happening at this hospital. Boycott bigotry.

Dr. Keith is the best, not only does he takes time to explain things, but he helps you save money by avoiding expensive treatments. I really love the care that all the employees give to my dog and how attentive they're to me. Bottom line, I love that place. I have been going there for years with my dogs.

If your cat is under 6 months, don't bother tryin to board it. In all fairness, this may be the case at all pet hotels, idk.

Dr. Keith has taken care of our 16 year old dachshund since he was 3 months old. Our dog, Harvey, is alive today because of Dr. Keith’s attentive care. He nursed Harvey back from pancreatitis and bulged disks in his lower lumber. Dr. Keith also properly diagnosed our dog with cushings disease, a liver issue, which has insured our dog thrive in his elder years. Dr. Keith loves the pets under his care and has the most advanced equipment to care for all your pets needs. We have also frequently utilized the boarding available and our dog has come home happy and healthy after his stays at Rolling Hills Pet Hospital.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bigots like Keith don’t have any place in society. Keith and his scam practice deserve the public lashing they are getting. Hey Keith, you thrive in hate? Good, wallow in it.

I have to say that I’m glad someone is telling the truth about these abusive people. A whole bunch of people are talking about how smelly the rooms are.Reply to Rolling's response:Looks like Dr. Foaming at the Mouth decided to finally respond. He apparantly had an adverse reaction to his Botox injections. Look at how he speaks. This ignorant walking example of what happens when Daddy gives the wrong type of love growing up shouldn't be allowed anywhere near pets. I didn't come in for some "bath" visit. However, it looks like his staff do need to brush up on their hygiene as the dogs in the waiting room smelled better. Dr. Crazy-Town likes to talk tough but we all know he's a poorly trained Vet. Please go take out your childhood issues on your Psych Dr. and sell your practice to a Vet that cares about his patients, instead of imitating those furry rabid infected patients. I wonder what it was like at his Thanksgiving dinner? Foaming would likely be the accurate description.

i started coming to this vet early this year for my puppy Chai. the staff is always kind and helpful, and Chai has loved nurses. the prices are reasonable, care is attentive, and everyone is eager to assist (even when i have a million anxious questions). most recently Chai had her spay surgery and things went smoothly. i'm grateful to have found a great vet office and so conveniently located for the community :)

My dog had been treated for skin problems at another hospital for 2years. But It just got worse. Dr. Keith Hilinski from Rolling Hills Pet Hospital found the cause & treated my dog. Great treatment , my dog is free from itching & discomfort for the first time in 2years. Thank you so much!
