Had a most unpleasant experience here, not with the work but with Hector specifically. He told me 4 days and it took 24. Instead of following the estimate we agreed on he deleted it and substituted Geico's without asking me then told me I had to pay him my $1000 deductible! I told him that if I had wanted Geico's estimate I would have taken it to their body shop. Hector said he had to follow Geico's repair order. When I called my appraiser he said NO, IT IS ONLY A GUIDELINE. When I told Hector I wanted him to follow his estimate, he said I'd have to pay the 20% restocking fee for the Toyota parts I never authorized him to buy in the first place. He also told me that if I wanted to take my car to another body shop I'd have to pay $500 for them to put my car back together. Also told me I'd have to return the rental car immediately! After talking to the manager he was happy to tell me they got it down to $595 instead of $1000. The original difference was $81 out of pocket for me had they followed their estimate. I felt bullied and harassed. I wonder if they treat all seniors this way.

They do amazing work.Old School style gifted auto body work they get down to the damage and repair the work. They don't just replace the part and paint like some body shops do.5

We researched a few paint shops before deciding on Roman's. With all the "big" companies they service we thought we'd found the right one to paint our RV. We visited the shop a few times before deciding that we'd bring our rig to them for a bumper to bumper treatment. We were told they would take multiple photos of "before" so that things would be re-installed as they had come off. Ha. We brought the rig in the end of August and told them we weren't in a hurry for the job to be done. We just wanted it done right. They called us the first week in November and told us it was going into paint within a few days, would we like to come in and see her before? When we saw her "prepped for paint" we were appalled. No, she was nowhere ready for paint. There was still caulking to be removed, places to do body work on, etc. Cut to the chase: we finally got the call the end of January that she was done, but, there were a few problems. First, the windshields had to be removed for the paint job and now they can't find replacement gaskets to reinstall them. We found and ordered them and then got another call. One windshield went in properly but the other one cracked; would we pay for the replacement? Are you kidding me? You hire a second party to remove/install the windshield, they break it and you want me to pay for it? Cut to the chase again to the "rest of the story": They put pieces back in place with mis-matched, rusted screws, drilled holes in compartment covers to accommodate long screws that should have been rivets, removed and tossed out parts that secure the hood parts, replaced the RV awning without sliding the leading edge into the track, didn't paint the underside of the front and rear bumpers, ripped off the tape that held the paper masking to the side of the coach so they had to re-paint areas, destroyed 2 new side mirrors (they were brand new) and gave the old mirrors a $30 re-paint job (didn't even prep them before painting; you can see all the scratches). They did try to step up to the plate but all in all, if you have any kind of a vehicle that you really care about, take it somewhere else.
