Wow... My daughter has recommended me to go to this Sallys Beauty location, Because of the service. I had been wanting to do something new with my hair. I saw a picture of highlight hair on Facebook. I showed to an associate and she showed me all the products I needed what to do tips on how to care for my hair.My hair came out exactly like the picture and I did it myself with my daughter. She was extremely smart and knew so much. If you need help with doing hair i Recommend this Sally's and ask for I believe Tammy or Tatty was her name

Very organized and great customer service. It got very busy quick when I arrived. There was only 1 employee on shift whom did great managing the sudden rush hour on her own. She recommended the 2 hair masks listed in photos hopefully it helps restore my damaged hair.

I love how your new employee literally walked in between my boyfriend and I without saying excuse me. Then he stood at the end of the aisle until we were done. This is the second time he's done this and to test and see if this was just because I was black. I sent someone else in earlier and they didn't have these problems. This will definitely be the last time I'll step foot in this building. Way to show how management trained him. And how I know it's because the woman with the bob haircut told hom to do it the first night he was training.

I have been going to Sally's for years for all of my and for my family's full service of hair product needs there prices are great, and at each location the customer service staff is always well acknowledged and very helpful with everything in need at there stores I recommend Sally's hair supply to everyone looking for great deals and the experience of great customer service...

They have two starts for a reason lol I would give zero if I can. I bought some products they recommended me but they were awful on my hair. I am a busy person I have my own business so I am short in time and I passed the return time policy. I had two of three products and they were used once. I still have the receipt and when told them they just said they can't do anything about it. I literally threw my products in the garbage and decided not to return ever. Aweful customer service.

I asked about keratin treatments, was shown one and then taken to the relaxers. I told her I didn't ask for relaxers, she said oh. She then proceeded to follow me around dusting the shelves. I didn't purchase anything from there!!!

Staff very helpful on finding what I needed exactly. Stock was out or very low on a few items I thought I needed but the staff steered me in the right direction and ends up it was less money and less items needed. So I went home and did it myself and it turned out perfect. Thank you Sally's staff ?

I went to this location because the one on Saturn is always out of stock on my wife's favorite hair color.........i was greeted like I've been going there for years.........i walked over to the color section expecting not to find the color.........and bingo.........not only my wife's color........but my mother in law's color too.........i got everything my wife needed to take care of her and my mother in law.........i was also approved for the Sally credit card........so happy with the store and the service from Cora and Cecilia..........it felt like I was visiting family instead of shopping........i made 2 new friends today.........i will definitely go back.........????

I went to this location today 11/13 around 1p, an employee which I believe had a tablet with her, asked me how was I doing, after answering she continued to ask questions regarding what I grabbed and if I had knowledge over the product, but after telling her yes she still continued to question me as if I had no clue what I was getting, if I didn’t ask for your help, Please Stop!! Obviously I would come to you if I didn’t know what to get. Please Sally’s hire employees with at least decent customer service, this lady was really rude and annoying.

Came by today at 3pm and they were closed. All the lights are on but no one is there. They won't answer their phone for curbside pick up either.
