It's been a looOoong time since I've been back to shop here. Let's just say that I had the exact opposite experience from my last visit. And, that's not a bad thing.We were greeted right away, and the associate asked us if we needed help finding something. We did, and she showed us where it was, and she even got it off the shelf for us! She told us to let her know if we needed anything else, and then she went to work stocking the shelves. I noticed she also greeted the next customer that walked in. We browsed the rest of the aisles, and when we were ready to pay, she met us at the front right away. She thanked us for coming in, and we thanked her back for all her helpfulness.Now Sally's, this is how you do it. Great job! Four stars, only because the store is like the fun sized version of a regular candy bar.

Don't know why this place is so badly reviewed, but the ladies who work here are always helpful in assisting me. I mostly buy hair dye here and they always have a good amount of stock. I love that the associates always ask if I have all the necessary materials when I buy hair dye (gloves, developer, etc). There are some sections of the store that aren't always full such as the nail aisle. I'm not sure if they don't have a lot of stock or if they just sell out quickly. If you're a regular, make sure to sign up for their rewards to earn points for future purchases.

Best experience ever at a Sally’s. Raquel was the sweetest, most helpful person. She recommended products based on my hair type (and her own experience), was so understanding about my budget, and just overall brightened my day. So excited to be a blonde, thank you Raquel!

Raquel at the Eastlake store was phenomenal, she was knowledgeable about the products, paid attention to my needs, and went out of her way to help me find a great set of clippers and trimmers. This girl is going places! Great job Sally’s Eastlake, and whoever hired/trained Raquel.

I came to this store to return OPI nail polishes that I bought online. My package didn't arrive with a packing slip so my return was more complicated than it should've been. Raquel (I want to say that she's the store manager but not sure) helped me with my refund. A simple refund that should've only taken less than 10 minutes turned into an hour. I appreciated her patience with helping me get my refund back to my credit card instead of store credit. She was a great multi-tasker trying to professionally manage customers while simultaneously being on the phone Sally's technical line to get my issue resolved. She is super down-to-earth, positive vibes, willing to extend her help to get an issue resolved, and friendly. She was determined to get my refund back on my card and I appreciate her persistence and patience. Thanks Raquel!

They were happy to help me with no attitude and the ladies were friendly. Low stock and couldn't find the product I wanted but got help color mixing and walked out with something that could help me.

unprofessional service, no empathy from cashier when confronted with an issue. but I guess what else can I expect from someone working a minimum wage job? i can't expect them to care that much about their job. also some of these workers dress scandalous. its a beauty store so maybe i might be judging too hard but in my opinion, dressing a bit more professional is always the better route unless of course if you work at a bar on the beach.

I came to write a review about the terrible customer service and it looks like things have not changed for a while here considering all these other reviews. During a recent visit, we were bombarded with unsolicited and inappropriate advice from a younger employee. We were looking for bleach for a friend, and she had assumed it was for the person I was with who had previously bleached and dyed hair, and had made snide comments about her hair saying (as a direct quote), "You aren't planning on bleaching your hair again, are you?" After we had said no, when we went to go check out she again assumed it was for my other friend who was with us and demanded he take off his hat, saying "Show me your hair." I believe all of this to be extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. I really really wasn't sure if I wanted to post this review or not but the more I thought about it the more upset I became and just thought that people deserve to know what they're getting themselves into when they go to this establishment.

There was a weird worker, a young female with straight black hair who kept looking at my body while I was entering and passing the isle. I turned and asked if they by any chance have any clothing related items, and she was staring at my waist. She looked at me and asked, "what was that?" I had to reask. She said, "no, this is a beauty store." I already know that! Most, I felt harassed...
