Security public Storage when I first rented a storage I Unloaded 33 foot Truck. I was pretty exhausted and I forgot to put the lock on the door. The staff was very professional And prompt to let me know that my door didn’t have a lock And it told me not to worry because every door has an alarm system. If you don’t punch in your code and you open the door. The alarm goes off automatically. I was Relieved when I got there the next dayEverything there and was still Intact The way I left it. Thanks, Security, public Storage staff.

We rented from Security Public Storage for over 6 1/2 years. We were always impressed with the staff and the condition of the location, which was always clean and well maintained. Great storage facility!

IS LONG BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET A UNIT PLIZZ READ THIS BEFORE YOU GET ONE PLIZZ
Hi to everyone I got this place in May 19 2025 I got THE BIGGEST unit from the storage THE BIGGEST so everything was good in the first and second day but in the 3 day I was going to get towing just because I leave my car inside and i whent in the store to get water so they call me and tell me that if I don't move my car im going to get towing ,
Next I full the unit I cannot even walk bc I have allot of stuff so I was organizing so I can bring more stuff for my tools from work and more stuff so I was organizing and the girl call me and tell me move the bed I want it to the side and open the door but the door was open but the only thing I have way to much stuff that she need to wait until I organize my stuff ,
So it pass 12 days and those 12 days i came 6 times so I came to the storage May 31
I drop 4 furniture's that I was to make inside the unit so I was folding clothes so I can put it in a box 📦 and my tools from work in a box 📦 and next I was going to dou the furniture's so when I was folding clothes for my baby that she is 2 years old im folding clothes of 4T 5T 6T the 2 workers came and they didn't like that I was folding clothes and they didn't like that I was going to make my 4 little furniture's so I can put the boxes so they got mad and they tell me I cannot fold clothes I cannot dou furniture's inside in the unit and they didn't like i have allot of stuff inside in the unit all in the front of the door but all the way in the back to all the way in the front is full I cannot even walk because if full the unit so they tell that I cannot fold clothes I cannot dou the furniture's and if im doing it I dou it outside the property and when I finish to bring it put it inside and leave outside they don't want I organize,
And today June 3 I came to the storage I came to my unit I grab my stuff 7mns and I leave and when I come back they block me the entrance that I cannot pass only 9 30 to 6pm when the 2 workers they there I coming and only for 1 hour a day for the 6 months that I was going to stay in the unit
And only customers can come 6am to 9pm except you
but i tell them im not staying im leaving I came to pick up my stuff and bounce as fast i can so I don't come no more because I cannot dou nothing no organizing and fast and leave
So they was screaming first so I scream back and they say I will call the police and I say call the police and tell them that you don't want i come to the property just because I was folding clothes bc im organizing call them bc I work every day with the police , firefighters, ambulance,towing cars ,giving tickets, and all events in San diego call the cops
SO TO EVERYONE I DONT WANT THIS HAPPEN TO YOU SO PLIZZ BE CAREFULL TO EVERYONE

Horrible experience.. staff locked me n my storage unit.. even though the light n the hallway was on.. and when I reported the incident, I was evicted a few months later even though my rent was Paid.. and had never been late.. made a excuse I was loitering on the property. Moved all my belongings out.. but still being charged, even though they cut off the lock.. they are still charging me even though I'm paid up.. belongings gone.. I had rented from them for almost two years with no issue.. until I reported being locked n my storage unit and instead of a apology I got hostility and possible racism from the owners.. I will b reporting them to the bbb and corporate management, and will contact a attorney.. due to being charged late fees, although I was evicted a month ago and still have the eviction document.. Renter Beware, thes people r not nice.. thank goodness I took pictures of the empty storage unit, they keep sending notices they will sell my belongings.. Horrible and completely unprofessional.
