My daughter loves Sephora so here we are, this place has very good inventory, and employees are very kind and friendly with customers.

Management---your staff has an attitude problem. Went to your store this afternoon. Spoke to three employees. One rolled her eyes at me when I asked whether a product was available. Another treated me like I was a homeless person begging for money. And the third--at the check out register, seemed like she was annoyed by her job, customers and life!
My friend and I just started laughing at it all, because at one point, it just became comical.
Management--please give better training or hire better staff.

Every time I come in Nadia helps me and provides the best Customer service and when it comes to makeup she knows what she’s talking about 🤩 every product she’s recommended I love!

My daughter has moderate autism. I was really pleased with Jaydee Q.'s patience and kindness while showing my daughter how to do makeup on half of her face. My daughter followed Jaydee's instructions, and I am truly grateful to Jaydee. We'll definitely be requesting Jaydee to help us with makeup for special occasions and to help us purchase makeup items. She definitely deserves a raise! ???

I have been a loyal Sephora-Otay Ranch customer for over 10 years and like others have said customer service has gotten WORSE. I suspect that many new employees don’t have a makeup artist background and are just store associates. In the past, many of the employees were makeup artists and had extensive knowledge about their products. I rarely returned any products but now I find myself returning “recommended” products. Either the foundation didn’t match or they were in a hurry to take the time to help or maybe they didn’t have experience. At any extent, Sephora is losing customers because they are lacking customer service and training new hires. Also, in my last two visits I have felt that they are trying to sell “Charlotte Tilbury” products to me. I get a feeling that they are getting commission out of it but I am tired of being recommended this brand. I miss the old days when I could spend hours in the store and learning from professional makeup artists. Now, I am going to give Ulta a chance after my bad experiences at this and other Sephora location.

Busy day yet all the employees huddled together talking. When you ask for help , they seem bothered because they are interrupted from their conversation. What happened to customer service?

Poor customer service from the store manager, as I was asking my question over the phone, manager hung up on me. Won't be coming here to make a purchase.

This is definitely my least favorite location due to a few factors. One being customer service and two being low inventory all the time. Throughout the years, I feel the customer service has been getting worse. I don't know what it is. Every time I come here I just wanna get in and get out. It's unfortunate that it's the nearest location to me.

I ordered the wrong shade and went to get a shade match, Val helped me and she got it perfect! literally only took like 4 tries and she got it on point. Really sweet too I totally recommend!!

Bad customer service. Walked into the store and was not greeted at all. Cashier Alex had a bad attitude, and was not welcoming at all, he was also rude to my sister. Just overall a bad experience.

I went today and I bought a product of the ordinary. When I came home and opened the product I noticed that the product doesn’t have the sticker with the name and the instructions and the white dropper had a yellow color and a part of the product had something white, it seems like someone return the product, I just think that the workers doesn’t check when a product is return or is damage!
