Latina at front desk had no clue what she was doing. Look liked dear in head light. I signed in walk in 45 min later I walked up to counter .walk in list with my name on it was put on bottom of list haven't even been called. If I wouldn't asked I would never have been called. Unexcepable service You should train your people better. She needs lot of training. All you have to due is take people in ad they come Simple as that. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I still sit it's been 1 hr and haven't even asked for my ID or paper work. 01/15/2024. Arrived at 9 am now it's 10 still waiting to be called

The only thing that Sharp could do to improve the medical center is add about 6 more handicapped parking spaces.

Love that they open Sundays and staff is really nice and goes the extra mile for you. To ensure that your forms were faxed they have a good bedside manner I always request this office and best of all never hurt and they fine my veins not hurt everyone does my veins hard

I have been going to sharp lab on medical center court for 7 years. I always have great service. In and out quickly. The staff are great.

The only 2 lab techs that I feel comfortable with weren't available and the one who did my lab work made me feel uncomfortable. I had a panic attack in my car. Will not recommend her to anyone.

I hate getting my blood taken and Leticia was so amazing! She made me feel so safe and comfortable. She talked to me the entire time and was just the sweetest!

I honestly can't say enough nice things about this place. Professional and very kind. I'm awful with blood work and they are sensitive and gentle. The front staff is always nice. There is a long wait time but 2 people drawing blood and we always come on Saturday morning as a walk in and I realize there are a lot of people that Ashley's do this it if weekend convenience. Walk in wait wait 45 min to hour.

Came here for bloodwork, fasting since the night before. I was greeted by Liliana who was nice and Kim performed my bloodwork. Kim started up conversation and a few sentences later she was done. I did not feel the needle go in! Most positive experience I've ever had, and I've been RJ the Red Cross and SD Blood Bank. Two thumbs way up :)

Saturday I is scheduled to open by 6:00 AM. However it is already 6:30 the door is still closed. And 6 patients are already in line. They should change the time schedule that they are posting in front of the door and google.
