The fat Paisa guy who is there at night doesn't let you use the bathroom because he doesn't want to clean it. He doesn't care that you spend money at the store. He doesn't lend the bathroom.

The woman with glasses that attended me this morning around 7:50am (Saturday April 29th, 2023) had a despicable attitude towards me. She was kind to the short man with a hat who looked like a street thug though. Not sure what her problem was with me.

I come to fill my gas right now at 9pm on a Sunday and the girl working is just being a straight up b word giving everyone attudied gave me attitude cause I handed her a 100 to fill my gas and she goes I can't give u change for 50 so I told her just give me 70 on the pump then n she's like we'll make sure that fills ur tank cause I ain't giving you no change and I told her yes it does that's why I asked for 70 specifically and she just threw my change at me and when I walked out she threatened me and said "I better watch out next time I come in her store"

This gas station has 10 spots for vehicles to gas up! The gas station store has a good amount of selection for everything but the bathrooms were pretty confusing, there were two bathrooms for all genders and both the doors were locked so I thought someone was using it then I waited for a while, a guy came and used a key to open the bathroom and went to the bathroom, I would really appreciate if they had put a sign on the door so people could know that they need to ask the cashier for a bathroom key. Finally it's my turn to use the restroom, I went in there and there was no lock on the handle and the bathroom was really messy, there was p*** on the toilet seat... so I just left... then I realized the door is always locked but you can open it from inside... Anyways... it was just really confusing... oh and the exit was really close to the red light which made it hard to pull out when leaving.

Want to be verbally abused? SHELL ON "L" or should I say "HELL ON L" is the place! The most horrible, meanest woman works there in the morning. This woman had to be a gravedigger at her last job, because NFG when it comes to customer service and doesn't know how to treat the LIVING. I was so nice to her and let her know that the air station wasn't working. It had stopped after 10 seconds. When I explained this to her, she yelled at me and that it was working before and I was the only customer that had problems. She told me she couldn't give me a refund which by the way, air now costs $1.75. (LEGALLY in CA air is free, you just have to speak to the attendant!) She repeatedly yelled at me with dirty looks as though she was going to kill me, that she had "pressed the button!" "Do you UNDERSTAND? I am pressing the button!" So I go out to try it again, several times. Every time I went back in to tell her it wasn't working, I got MORE ABUSE. I asked when the owner was in and she pointed to the phone number on the window. Of course it's not working, Neither is the phone number on the internet. I'm not worried about $1.75 however being a business owner myself, the owner needs to know how horrible her employee is. So if the owner is reading this, update your number. Or maybe this is why you don't want to be contacted? I guess you'll have to hear about it on Yelp.

Horrible customer service from the lady with the ugly mole on her face right on her eyebrow woo no wonder she's mad someone should regulate all these unsatisfyed shell customers!!!

Old lady by the name Aroy working had her mask all the way down and no gloves. She was taking SO LONG and had a long line and decided to go out of her STORE to talk to a person and let them come inside with no mask. It was my first time at shell and because there was a few cars thought I'd be in and out in less than 2 minutes but no I was held back 10 minutes waiting on her to help other customers and decided to have full on conversations about their lives while a like was forming. Never again
