I was really disappointed when I went in to use the Bitcoin machine my bills were not being accepted by the machine so I asked the cashier if I could get change for the bills I had and she didn’t understand English I returned to the bitcoin machine and tried again to no avail and I asked the other cashier for change and I explained what problem I was having and she didn’t understand English change the bills for me and I asked her again if she had any that were in better shape and she would not look to see if she did she just shook her head and said no I don’t and turned her head away to ignore me. I felt this was rude and honestly. This is America. The least that could be is if working here you should speak both languages , some English at least to understand what anyone who is a Native American. I’m not prejudice but it’s really annoying. I have sons who are half Mexican so understand I’m not saying anything more than this. In America you’re given the chance to work it would be fair if you spoke some English too

Shell keeps selling carwash even when closed for repairs. Asked for a refund from managers Agustin and Jackie, they denied the refund because it’s not their fault a pipe bursted. Stay away from this carwash and gas station.

Just went to this gas station at around 2am in the morning. How convenient of every pump to either go out of order or to undergo an update right when I pulled up to the pump. Every pump was working like it usually does before I pulled up- i checked. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you make a profit running a business like this? I'm almost out of gas, but I guess some people don't want to work. Do not go to this gas station, they actively refuse to give you gas. They deserve no stars, but I'm forced to give them 1.

Don't buy a car wash at the pump without making sure it's open! Wash opens at 8:00 (sometimes). Guy is often late with no ETA. I bought a wash at the pump at 8:03 am only to discover the wash was closed. Called. Guy is late and no clue when he's arriving. Ok. Oh well. I go inside to get my refund of the $17 I paid. Nope. No refunds due to the discount I received on gas price. Cannot pay back the discount, nothing. Wash code is only good for 1 week but I'm not back in San Diego for 2 weeks! No extension on wash, no voucher, nothing. Just took my money and that's it. Wow..... I parked across the street to wait. Guy showed up at 8:20 am. But by 8:45 am the wash still wasn't open. I left.

Not happy with attendant unwilling to refund the cash receipt that the machine spat back out at me. Machines do not dispense cash if you pay with a 20 you have to go inside the gas station to get your cash back on the same day or they will not honor your receipts.

I don't get gas here because it's overpriced and there is Costco Gasoline less than a mile further down H Street. I did, however, enjoy their Car Wash. I got a $5 off coupon in the mail that drew me in. Currently their least expensive wash is $12. It didn't have all the bells and whistles but it got all the bird poop, dirt and pollen off my car and had it looking bright, shiny and sparkling! *If using a coupon you must purchase your car wash inside the Shell store* I didn't know this but the attendant very kindly helped me, running my coupon and payment inside. When I pulled up the attendant gave me a dash wipe and a car freshener and scrubbed down the front of my car. I went mid-day on a weekday and had no line and lots of clean towels to wipe my car down after. The coverings over the vacuums aren't fantastic but gave just enough shade to get through vacuuming without breaking a sweat.

No Mask No Service sign huh?… I’m Surprised this location would post this, considering it’s one of the most expensive locations in town and should be thankful and grateful anyone in the area continues to even want to shop or purchase gas here.

Rude people who were working there that don't even know how to give good customer service. When I was asking a question about the car wash I saw 4 people just socializing at the cashier not even acknowledging me when I was asking about car washing my car. It was closed but when I was asking a simple question if there are other nearest car wash locations close by they didn't even know anything. One of them was just staring at me acting like don't know what a car wash is. That person said to me "I don't even know I don't car wash my car." When I left saying thank you there all just laughing and still socializing. There not even saying anything back. I felt like I was disrespected being a customer over there because you have 4 people who are working there that don't even have a clue on the question I was asking since they were just talking talking not even helping me as a customer. They were all clueless. All 4 of them was just acting like they don't want to work there at Shell. So for car wash service I give it a thumbs down lol! You don't treat a customer like that when you have 4 people working at the cashier just socializing and laughing. Your not even acknowledging your customer? Like really lol?! I wouldn't want to go back there for a car wash.
