Without exception the Staff and the premises are exceptional !
Staff: Polite, Respectful, Friendly & Helpful
Premises: Very clean, Well organized spaces & Great prices.
In those respect better than all other gas stations San Diego County I have found since Summer 2003.
Since discovering this location 6 months ago or so - I have been coming here for my gas, now treating it as my local - even driving further than 2 other Shell stations !
Simply - I am convinced Shell is the premium brand & this station the finest location.

Never come back the cashier was rude I ask for a charger for android she was giving me always for iPhone and she make me be there and charge me at the end I ask her so many times you should be teach them customer service

horrible costumer services. doesn’t feel like a welcoming store. the lady with glasses and black hair was just rude. she literally tossed the money back to me in a disrespectful way.

Horrible service, don’t bother trying to use the app to pay here to get fuel rewards discount as managers shut mobile payment off and your stuck with a hold on you’re card

Restroom closed it should be open it’s in highway and for shell regular costumer’s how it can be possible, employee just doesn’t want work and clean dissatisfied
