I want tk just thank you to the ones that work in this store and a special thanks to Alexander the manager. First thing j noticed was the smiles from the employees and management. That is a plus especially in a place of business where we work with people and were in a piston tk help others. For those that are in that position God Bless you because your making new memories for and making them better than when they walked those doors. Thats what its about helping others. Sk take pride in your job and don't think that your job is worthless because its not. You could be a gift to someone else and making new memories welcoming they were part of the T Mobile family . So j give you guys thanks for what you do and the ones that help make this place grow keep strong and hold the faith God gots you. My name is Joseph David Sapien 256 Orange Ave Chula Vista Ca,91911 619-603-2301

There is no sign for this location from the street, only on the building. You have to already be in this shopping center to see it or will pass it. Regardless of being difficult to find, the service here is garbage. To be fair, T-Mobile has rarely invested much in genuine customer service or satisfaction but the management at this store really needs to make some changes or had changes made because it's not fair to the staff that work there or the guests they're not equipped to deal with. These staff members are young kids without experience and likely very little training and it's unfair or unrealistic to expect them to be able to deal with the array of situations that may be present daily. The individual staff members are very friendly and are clearly trying their hardest, one likes to believe, but simply lack the training, guidance, instruction or supervision to properly meet customers needs. Most T-Mobile stores follow this brand of management/operating style but it's incredibly difficult to get anything accomplished with this company. It's understandable why, they are a business and need to keep customers reliant on their goods and services. If you want to avoid spending hours to be addressed, make an appointment or simply try a different location. Perhaps in time this store will adopt a different method to properly deal with and assist customers but until that time comes it's in ones best interest to AVOID this location, we will certainly not be returning and are advising those we know it's not worth their time and expenses.

I visited this T-Mobile location on July 1st. Ok so I just want to give a shout out to Salma. I saw that there was no people at all waiting outside or inside the store to get assistance so I decided to come in and get my cracked glass screen protector replaced. There was about 5 females and out of the 5 the only one that helped me out was Salma. Tbh... the other girls didn't even remotely offer to ask if I needed help... 2 of them even looked at me and looked back down to play on their phones. How are they meant to be helpful when they can't even look up from texting or whatever they're doing on their phones? At first I didn't even feel welcomed until I came to the counter and Salma helped me out. She was very informative and even gave me information on how to file a claim on my phone. Needless to say I was just happy that this store had an extra screen protector for Salma to replace for me.

I recently went to buy a phone at this location At first I was having an okay experience I don't remember the name of the guy that was helping me but he told me he hadn't been working at that store for long but that he had worked for Tmobile for many years Anyways I asked how much I would have to pay and he said just taxes for the phone At the end he said it was more because of the activation fee and I said okay fine I payed it The phone never worked and I hadn't used it for 4 days Then I called customer service and it turns out the guy never activated the phone Now, why would they charge me an activation fee if I still have to do the job myself by calling and having someone else activate it ?

This place is awesome. For a couple of reasons; great customer service especially Frankie. He is highly reliable and knowledgeable. I been here a 3 times and I noticed that he is the go to person for his co-employee regarding how to get things done properly. He seems like the kind of person that is always willing to help may it a co-worker and especially customers. He sees the bigger picture of how it should be. He is ready to get promoted as a store manager. Also, Marco the store manager is awesome. It reflects to his co-workers how he handles business in this store. Great job keep doin what you doin it means a lot to a customer like myself. Highly Recommended. Bonifacio Salazar- Current T-Mobile Customer

One of the worst experience I've ever had. Eric has horrible customer service. I went and bought an iPhone XS Max and had the worst experience. I'm never going back to this store. He talked to me like if I was stupid and to top it off he didn't even said thank you. I don't have words to describe how humiliated I felt. He did t even desglose right the fees and taxes it seems like he was to lazy to communicate or i do t know.

Best T-Mobile location in the area. They have a huge selection for accessories and have an updated version to checkout people on iPads. I think it makes the transaction faster and smoother. Ask for Josh, he's a great salesperson.
