UPDATE: Another week down and they have still done nothing to fix the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS they will sell you a USED mattress, lie about it, then trying to convince you its normal to need 2500 bucks in parts the day they put it in.The store and district manager know who I am and this review. HOWEVER they have done nothing to help the situation, the number below goes to people without the authority to make the situation right! My Parents are still stuck on chairs. Almost a month on chairs with no end in sight. They cant even get another bed in there because this oversized paper weight takes so much room. They are to old for this kind of treatment.Sleep Number are crooks, charging a premium, delivering used and broken products, refusing to take items back, and intimidating the elderly. They delivered a broken/ used 10k+ bed, my parents told the delivery guy to take it back since it was broken, and they paid for a NEW bed not a REPAIRED bed. He whom was a muscular large male, refused and told them to wait a few days. Now they had to order 2k in parts. Which takes 2 weeks plus to get parts. That is not a new bed, that’s remanufactured. The manager at the store claims to not have the “authority” to help my parents, customer services Claims not to have the “authority” to help. They refer you to other departments that don’t have the “Authority.” My parents can’t sleep in this broken bed. Meaning they bought a 10k bed, to sleep on the couch. Sleep Number how do you sleep at night. I am willing to bet it’s not on a Sleep Number bed. Sleep Number you should be ashamed of yourselves treating anyone in the way you do, let alone elderly customers.To the manager of the East Lake Store, I hope someone treats you, when you are retired, in the same manner you have treated my parents. Because there is no excuse for your condensing, disrespectful, arrogant, idiotic, and unprofessional ways. This guy should be investigated. Do not shop here, do not let anyone you care about shop here. They are white collar criminals.

We purchased a bed from here and the first impression was that these guys have it together. Wrong!!! During the delivery process they damaged my bed frame. The bed frame is so unstable, I’m sure it will fall at any moment. I am a disabled veteran and bought this bed for service connected injuries. Either way, I made a claim for the bed frame on Monday and was told someone would call me by Wednesday. No one contacted me on Wednesday, so I called customer service again and they told me someone would call me on Thursday, no one did. I called on Friday and they told me someone would call me in 3 weeks!! UNSAT!! When you call the store, of course they have nothing to do with it any longer. I guess legal action is the only avenue to get my furniture replaced. DO NOT BUY SLEEP NUMBER BEDS!!!!

My husband and I went there on memorial day weekend, we knew we wanted to get a sleep number bed but were not sure which one. Jaime helped us, he really gave us his full attention and answer every question we had. He showed/gave information on all the beds. What I appreciate is that he was not pushy at all, he gave my husband and me space to express what we liked and dislike about the beds. When we told him we were going to come back Monday (two days later) he was 100% supportive of our decision. And sure enough we went back and bought the bed. My husband is a happy camper, I haven found what number works for me.

I would rate it lower if I could. We bought a split king i10 360 in August. It was delivered a few days later. I am pretty sure it was used and returned. It looks nothing like what they have in the showroom. I slept in it the first night for 4 hours, I could not get comfortable and got the worst backache, it was hard to walk. Tried it the next night within 30 minutes the pain in my back was unbearable . I slept on the floor. I have been sleeping in a chair since. They will not take it back even though they offer a 100-day trail. No one you can talk to on all of their phone numbers has the authority to take it back. The flex base has issues with the phone app and remote we bought with it. The mattress loses air. I am posting a picture of what it looks like, along with a picture of what it is supposed to look like. It is close to a month since we paid close to $10,000 for it. It is still in our bedroom. Therefore, we can not get another bed. We are senior citizens and having a rough time sleeping in chairs. Don't make the same mistake we did. Sleep number is not what it used to be.

Rob, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and personable. He was patient and thorough when explaining the different mattresses and the technology behindwhat makes sleep number unique. My husband and are tried just about all of them. We're so excited for our new mattress andto be able to modify it to each of our specifications.

We’ve had Serta, Beautyrest, & various memory foam beds for years, but nothing helped my constant & worsening back pains making it difficult to sleep restfully until we discovered Sleep Number. Thanks to Delaina who thoroughly explained & demonstrated the many benefits of a Sleep Number bed. Although pricey, it’s worth every minute of comfortable sleep each night.I used to love Ritz Carlton & Waldorf Astoria resort beds but does not compare to our cloud-like heavenly Sleep Number bed.

I order Ed my bed in March 20, and expected it in May 10, 2023 and I called to confirm a week before to see if it was on schedule and customer service said it was not ordered. They cashed my check va and NEVER placed my order! Now my delivery date is June 20! I’ve still not heard back from anyone on what happened to my order. Salesman hasn’t even called me to explain what happened.

The staff and store was great just overall getting the split head was annoying and the gap gets bigger all the time. And buying the sheets gets too pricey. I don’t recommend it.

We had a great experience at this Sleep number store! Both Frank O and Dalyana were both very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Highly professional, great to work with. They were patient and understood of our needs.

Minus a star. Just buy what you need online. Employees here are like robots pretending to be human just reciting a script ready to suck your hard earned money. Employee here ordered the wrong headboard and would not fuss up to her mistake and help us get the correct headboard. She basically blame us for buying something that she said can't be returned or exchanged. She didn't know what the headboard I pointed at was called. They then blamed me for not knowing the name of the headboard and catching it on the receipt. I'm sorry I expected the sales employee to know their merchandise and took their word. What is the point of going into the store if you can't purchase what you wanted. If I purchased myself online I would not have this problem.

This experience was Soooooo Awesome! Time spent at the store with Daynora waa the best investment I made besides my grandbaby I thought that was heaven, but my bed is my heaven too, as soon as I can sleep in it... I'm counting down to the 26th delivery day .... SMH???❤️

We had a great experience at Sleep Number! FrankO was amazing! His knowledge of the various mattresses available, notwithstanding any other mattresses you might want to know about, is impeccable!! He is so fun and personable. I would never imagine someone could make me have so much fun spending that much money. Ha ha! Thanks so much for helping us get to more comfortable nights.
