If I could give a zero I would, the store itself is clean I give it that. BUT the employees are just rude and they all look like they hate their lives. Brenda was the rudest girl there. Everytime I get her as a cashier she never greets me, she won’t even look at me and she just has the worst attitude. This is the last time I’ll be shopping there I can take my business elsewhere. Somewhere they can at least say hello back to me. I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining, you guys seriously need to have a talk with Brenda.

Best grocery store!! Manager Kate truly cares about her products and staff. She treats every guest with the utmost courtesy and best sense of humor. The food is outstanding. Store is clean, well organized and stocked. The roasted chickens are savory and delicious.
Recently S&F on 4th introduced PADA Sushi, WOW!! Truly, outstanding fresh made and so flavorful. Bravo! 👏

This is my favorite local Smart & Final. Everything is well organized and stocked, but when it comes to checkout, i hate it because it's always the same attitude and gum smacking lady (I believe her name is brenda). Look, if you're not having a good day or even like your job, there's no need to take it out on your customers' groceries. Especially if there's eggs in the bag! So thank you, Brenda, for destroying the eggs when you packed the grocery bag heavy with the eggs on the bottom and slamming the bag on the counter.

They are very nice and helpful I'm disabled and I can have days where I can't push my groceries staff will walk through the store with me pushing my cart and load my car. I don't even have to ask there always willing to help. Thank you and Happy New year .

Too many display items cluttering up the aisles. They want you to enter one door and exit the other, but the layout makes it hard to exit that door because of some vending machines blocking the way, so nobody exits that way.

iPhone this location and asked do you have seated watermelons? They kept saying no I walked in the store and where do I see the watermelons the produce department needs to improve their customer service and care. All they did was show me that they do not care about their customers the rest of the store and the other staff members provided great that's why I can only give them a four star rating.

This is a gorgeous grocery store. It is a symphony of food. The produce is so beautiful it looks fake. How can produce be so perfect? The store is well lit and immaculate. The selection is massive. The shelves are well stocked and orderly. I've never before been in a grocery store that looked like it wasn't picked apart. Maybe it was because I was in there at 6:00 am.
