Store on E. H St used to have very good bakery I tried to buy a cake today, but it was really ugly. I'm pretty sure my 12-year-old daughter could bake a better one! No selection
There were only two, one chocolate with Oreo and the other round, supposedly a sunflower.

🍣 Hidden Sushi Gem in Chula Vista! 🍣
I recently discovered Pada Sushi, located inside the Smart & Final on H Street in Chula Vista, San Diego, and it was an absolute delight! The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. 🎉 If you're a sushi lover visiting this area, don't miss this spot! I'll definitely come back when I visit San Diego again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend the sushi corner inside Smart & Final! The owners, a wonderful couple, always greet customers with warm smiles and kindness. They are incredibly helpful, making sure I choose the best sushi with great recommendations. The sushi itself is absolutely delicious—fresh, high-quality, and simply outstanding. Thanks to their amazing sushi, my family enjoyed a wonderful and happy dinner. If you're looking for great sushi, this place is a must-visit!

This location was a convenience for me couple weekends ago as I needed last minute items for a small house party that I was throwing. I definitely didn’t want to go to Costco (crowds, long lines and parking).
I was in and out of Smart & Final in no time. Overall, the store looked nice and clean. Lines were short, just the way I like it and staff were cashier-ready.
Lots of parking unlike that of their Main Street location.

Sushi Vendor PADA owners Sam and Sunny makes the most delicious assortment of sushi rolls and are reasonably priced. They both arr very friendly and easy to talk to. If you need a specialty roll, talk with them, they are at the H street store, they may able to accommodate your tastes.

This "lovely" store sold me a package of tofu today June 19th 2024 that is exactly one month EXPIRED. Anyone who works with fresh tofu knows that it often doesn't stay good even when it's technically in date. I'm so tired of these companies charging us whatever they want and still selling us rotten food. ZERO STARS because you guys don't even deserve 1

Right off interstate 805. Perfect for buying last minute items for dinner. Prices are reasonable. It's like a mini Costco without the membership cost and long lines.

Good place for bulk buys if CostCo isn't an option or doesn't carry the items you need. Confusing store layout though.
