I had the Chestnut Praline Frappe Grande/16oz.(cold). $6. They were out of nut toppings but didn't get a discount. Lol. It was a lackluster, watered down coffee w milk and some syrup. I can't say a disappointment because I am usually disappointed. So why did I go? I owed a friend a cup of coffee for his generous help with my car. (I ordered a black Grande & 2 chocolate croissants for him. Along with mine-$20.)Cons:Now, to the other things that need changing.Seating is limited and most are uncomfortable- including wooden bench. I guess they don't want customers to get to comfy. The piped in background music is not too loud- but still annoying. Most peeps who stay, stay to work on tablet or laptop. Who can concentrate? Turn music to barely audible. See who complains.The worst is peak hours. Long line out the lot unto surface street. Things move quite quickly tho. But if you parked in back. Well, might be a minute leaving.More charging ports would be nice. But too late to install.Pros: Staff. Always kind and hard working. Bathroom clean. ?Temperature usually pleasant. But can be chilly at night.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but you have to cross busy entrance lane from limited handicap parking. (They put in the minimum state allowance). The bathrooms and hall have great clearance for wheelchair! Very good.

The first time I was there, it took the staff almost 5 minutes just to take my order, my presence was not acknowledged in the slightest. It took about 20 minutes for my cake pop to be out. The second time I was there (a couple days ago) I literally saw fruit flies swarming around a bucket of melted chocolate. Not only that, the floors were disgusting. Do not recommend at all.

Went drive thru. The car line went all the way to the street, but not IN the street, while I was there. It took a little while but not too long I guess. I've had shorter waits and I've had longer waits.

i came here 10/14/23 around 12pm through the drive thru and orderd twapple crisps macchiatos with cold foam and when i tried to pay the cashier gave us attitude and told us it’s a hot drink but didn’t even ask if we wanted it hot while taking the order so i refused to pay for it and she was like don’t do it again … then i go to a different starbucks and they told me the drinks i ordered can come iced or hot. This location starbucks employee never clarified if we wanted it iced or hot and just made it hot and then got mad at us for saying we wanted it ice and acted like it was our fault but she didn’t even ask. she was always giving the car in front of us attitude as well.

Love this Starbucks, they always make my drinks so good! It is a long wait so it's always better to just do the order online then pick it up.

Fast and great service with helping finding my chocolate croissant and iced latte although was a little slow I don’t blame them and they were nice to serve me tonightParking: Parking is hard in the morning and shares the road with the drive through traffic and the tire shop

I mobile ordered two drinks today at 1011. I went thru the drive thru line beginning at 1036. I didn’t reach the window until after 11. I was given one drink and then when I stated I had a second one they had no knowledge of it or anything despite my first drink saying 1 of 2. Then when asked what my drink was I showed them the receipt and they STILL got the drink wrong. This location needs to do better.
