Im never one to leave a review but this time I couldn’t hold back.To start off the cleanliness of the facility feels like you’re walking in sterile lab! with the ultra modern design this facility has, you know you’re happy to leave your precious belongings in.The security is also sharp.What struck me the most is the friendliness of the people and the manager Abraham that works there.I seriously felt at home while navigating the halls since they were so attentive and warm.If I can give this review a 10 stars I would, seriously.Oh and how can I forget! Their prices are way better than most storage units especially when considering how modern and clean the place is.Much love to this location and the crew.Ryan

This storage is hands down the best I’ve seen around my neighborhood. I shopped around many storages but none convinced me. I came here and right away I knew it was the one.The staff here keep the grounds in very well kept conditions. The place throughout looks very clean. You feel very safe leaving your valuables here as the staff makes you feel at home and welcomed every time. The customer service is far beyond great, I couldn’t ask for more. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for storage solutions. Thank you, Abraham, for all of the hard work and genuine customer service! Abraham is a people’s person, always looking to help and be nice.He’s an example of a great Manager.

I needed a storage unit that was going to be affordable,clean, and secure. I found all 3 at StorQuest storage! Kimberly was fantastic in assisting me from the start. Very professional, polite, and Great customer service! I would recommend this place if your looking for a good storage spot!

All the staff are very professional and very helpful. Communication was impeccable, building is clean/immaculate. Storage units and building were well lighted and in with keeping security at upmost importance. Abraham and all the staff rock!

I don't recommend this place. The way they charge is shady.I rented a space on August 15th, 2023.I moved to a different floor in that same location on August 29, 2023 to a space that is cheaper, they charged me AGAIN for the "pro-rated" bill of that month. I have already paid for a full month when I moved in, if anything I should get a pro rated credit instead of charge because the second space I moved to has a cheaper rate. I paid for a full month for the first space and didn't use that full month, only half month then moved to a cheaper space.The store manager couldn't give me any explanation that makes sense. It appears he doesn't understand it as well. When I called the district manager and left a voicemail, he never returns my call.Pros: On site stuff are friendly and the place is clean/brand new.

Abraham was amazing helping us get into a storage unit a at the last minute. I'm glad he showed me a bigger unit than I originally reserved because I ended up filling the bigger one to the brim! He was quick, calm and informative in my most stressed moment. The epitome of great customer service was seen with Abraham.

Today I opened a storage room here. Abraham was very patient and helpful. He knew it was my first time getting a unit so I was unsure of the size I needed. He even walked me through the different rooms and which floors gave me a discount also which unit was closer to the elevator. Great experience ??
