I can't believe the one who attends and serves on Wednesdays at 3:45 is an abara, 3 spinach, 3 pieces of bell pepper. Aside from her terrible acrimony, the girl with colored eyes and short stature. My sister ordered a salad, it cost 10 dollars and she left it in half: 3 lettuces, 3 or 4 pieces of chicken and 4 spinach, very bad, I don't recommend it. Not good service, and miserable.

Never buy their churros please... It's not real churros and the texture taste quite strange of course it's those that you reheat your meals but I haven't tried churros in usa for so longI DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THE CHURROS THO

Food was great don’t get me wrong ,but only 1 worker taking on a lunch rush. Seen multiple people turn around due to the long line. She indeed handled it the best she could ,but I could tell she was overwhelmed. This location is inside of a mall not sure why she’s not receiving Wayyy more help with walk in orders , mobile orders and people dinning in.

My service dog was denied entry. They told me pets are not allowed despite telling them that she is a service animal. For health reasons because they are serving food they said I can’t take my service doginside.

If your sandwich maker is having a bad day , Beware!!! , no smile , no hello , eyes rolling , sloppy sandwich is what you are going to get , lol . I thought that was somewhat funny . Maybe she was having a bad day, but don't take it out on my sandwich. It's a good thing that I was watching the process of the making of my sandwich , at least nothing else went into it .

I ordered a veggie delight sandwich. Angelica was making my order along with someone else’s turkey sandwich. I asked her to change gloves because I’m vegetarian. She was very rude, said that I should have put that in the order. She basically refused to change gloves. Her co-worker Alex jumped in and made the sandwich, he was very good. Angelica has a bad attitude and should not be working in customer service! Thank you Alex for not wasting more of my time and providing great service. Sorry I’m giving a one star because of her rudeness and bad attitude.

I love subway & was craving it so i stopped by my nearest one ,food was amazing which is why i'm giving it the two stars but the costumers service was horrible. Lady in front had a attitude the whole time, i got greeted with a "are you going to order " in such a rude and unwelcoming way. Then proceeds to RUSH me into telling her what i want. Hate to say it but she was a straight a$hole. I work at a restaurant where costumer service is top tier ! I don't know about you but i like welcoming and being welcomed with a "hello ,how are you?" or even something as light as "hello,welcome" it isn't hard to fake or put up a good attitude.

I went in this morning to purchase breakfast and the Asian lady told me she didn’t accept large bills I had. 100 dollars didn’t have time to deposit and she decline service due to that reason . She also said she just opened I don’t understand the bank is literally across the street how can a store open business up with out having change ready makes no sense a smart business whorls have change to not lose clients

Hello answer the phone there's a reason why your Establishment has a phone for so you can get updates on the others or get any complaints what's the whole purpose of you having a phone for if you don't answer it.
