Consumers MUST READ!It is absolutely maddening to come to this place. First off, I work nearby I rarely go get subway unless coworkers push for it. Long story short we ordered a sandwich for pick up, I arrived a few minutes early I spoke to the kid at the counter who looks dazed and told me the sandwich was not ready yet. ok cool, I sat down and noticed he made a sandwich and put it on the counter for pick up, I thought to myself it cant be mine he knows I am waiting. 20-30 minutes. Finally I got up and asked about the status of a meal I was suppose to pick up at 625 pm its now nearly 650 pm. The other kid at the counter grabs the sandwich that has been sitting on the counter this whole time! I exclaimed as to why no one had told me this order was not ready they KNEW I was sitting and waiting patiently! I was on a break and wasted my time for a sandwich that should have been donefast forward when I returned I explained my story to a lady name OLGA who was in charge, she cut me off to remind me I got there early and pick up was 6:25 I went on to explain I was there nearly 30 minutes she again cuts me off and says I was not she saw me on camera. At this point I was livid. As a customer it felt I was not being heard. The principle was not about the sandwich it is about the services that has been long forgotten in businesses like this. The common courtesy letting know someone their order was ready instead ignoring them until I HAD TO SPEAK UPHOW ARE WE PAYING MORE TO SUSTAIN A HIGHER WAGE FOR FOLKS WHO PROVIDE SUBPAR SERVICES! it is infuriating to think we as consumers pay more for below adequate services.

Steeer clear!!! I am not one to write "one star reviews" but the little turd behind the counter was absolutely pathetic! He was incredibly rude and proceeded to slap our sandwich together at 9:15pm. I asked what time the restaurant closed and they said 10 pm. So at 915 the young man has NO REASON to be so rude and hostel with the sandwich making. Just plain rude. Sandwiches just plain gross: steer clear if the employees are taught to behave this way with guests!

Wasn’t my choice to come here today. They’re never happy or hospitable here anymore. As I waited to be helped, one employee was helping another custoner, one was in back tapping and the other walked back and forth in front of me, avoiding eye contact (no greeting), while looking at the other employee with a look like she was waiting for her to help me. So, she gave me her, “I guess I’ll help you look and took my order. She slurred that I had to ask her three times to clarify what the name of the bread was she kept mumbling. Or just ordered my sandwich and left.

This location needs 2 subway workers like other subway spots. Customers waiting for almost an hour just to order their sandwich. From 3:30 to 4:45 I've waited . Only one employee making all the orders including the online orders

Just had a great experience coming to this subway location. First, the new branding and marketing is fresh and clean. Then there’s the personal holiday decor that was minimal yet effectively appeasing to the eye.Then there was Olga. She was very pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond. She made sure to greet us and help us right away. The sandwiches taste amazing. We will definitely return to visit Olga and this location again!Parking: Shopping center parking

I just ordered 3 footlong sandwich and they 4got to put the vegetable, I picked 5 different vegetables but only one has been put in omg. I was so disappointed. Do not order at this location.

I came here and order and foot long with tuna and a elder women took my order when I got home and gave the sandwich to my son there was hair inside the sandwich.... I called to let them know and they said they can't do anything about it, then they "talked" to there manger and said they can give me another sandwich but I have to bring my old one and I happily did. I went into the store and the elder lady was there and she wanted to act confused also her hair was not pulled back or anything. She wanted to throw a tantrum and a young boy just did my order and I walked out. I didn't get her name because the tantrum she threw but yea. IF I CAN GIVE A 0 I would ...
