My mother and I needed a heloc loan for debt consolidation and some home improvement projects. After our first meeting with Cesar Holguin, we felt very comfortable and informed. We had to wait three months before we could file for the loan and in between those three months, Cesar checked in with us to make sure we were okay and to see if there was anything he could do for us then. Once the application process began, Cesar was there with us, explaining every step and answering all our questions. It was a great experience working with Cesar Holguin!!

I met Cesar, Marco, & Ruben through a referral from both of my siblings whom previously purchased homes with them. In June 2023 me and my husband had an initial appointment with Cesar to get informed on the process of purchasing a home as first time home buyers. Cesar and his team made the process of buying our first home so smooth and easy. They were always in contact with us and figured out ways for us to get the best deal possible. We met Cesar on a Wednesday, we were in escrow by the Friday of the week after, and we closed 15 days after that. Overall, our whole process from the day we met him took 29 days.
