Terrible service, initially we were fine, got greeted, were told to wait a minute, only to get seated and wait half an hour with the workers throwing glances at us without following up with the help we asked for.

Horrible service. Not one employee acknowledges any customers. They don’t write down names. Very very rude. They don’t even tell you when they’re done . Never experienced such poor service. They actually walk away from customers!!!

People are rude never smiled when greeted. Guy was so dry when talking to me and instead of helping me return my crappy cable box gave me a bunch of excuses on it. I have no other choice but it doesn't even deserve one star..

Tmobile tried to steal from my aunt whrn we switched to make stiry short we paid over 500 we had ageeement of 122 month two months in they had charged 500 raised monthly fee to 250 i had switched from cricker 90 per month and thsts the first thing i told him we finally agreed to 122 month but few days later tgey came up with a bunch of charges and ciulnt explain what for so they tried to intimidate me into payng and at that point i thought i better not go to their location ,,,there was never contract and they ended up sending the account to collections so im in the process of getting an attorney because ib top of that they are now harrasing my 80 yr old aunt

Came here after waiting at the TMobile across the street over an hour. They were having problems with one customer, it was crowded and we gave up and came here. Walked in, great customer service, not crowded, the young ladies took care of my sister's issue and we were out in 10 minutes. Will definitely come back to this location!

Like most third party retailers the manager in the Chula Vista Center was unwilling to help me despite me showing him concrete proof on T-Mobile policies that he could do what I was requesting. It's shamefully publicly known that third-party retailers use strong arm sales tactics and vehemently refuse to help customers when it's not convenient for them and their inventory. Arbel (the manager) despite me explaining to him T-Mobile policy that he himself should understand as the manager, was unwilling to even try to help me. The problem with managers hiding under the guise of "not being trained" on the specific promotion I was asking for, is that they're running their store on a position of ignorance. The ignorance being a complete misinterpretation of a promotion that, even after reviewing with me (in plain English) he still was unable to understand.It's a shame that incompetence of this level is found at the management level at T-Mobile third party retail stores.I recommend to any customers to simply avoid this store (which I worked in several years ago) and go straight to corporately owned stores because you'll actually be helped.As for the companies and the manager of this store if you have any sort of integrity I recommend strongly that you review your prepaid promotions as well as partner with any nearby corporate phone stores in order to properly interpret the promotions (which in my opinion should never be that hard to understand).Thank you for taking your time to read my review, which led to me wasting a good hour of my time.

The store claims to close at 9:00pm on Saturdays but every visit I make on a Saturday they are closed by 7:50 the latest.

Google says the store opens at 10am and I arrive and the doors are still locked! I call and no one answers. There is also no hours of operations on their front door.

I went to the store because the website says they can receive trade-ins devices and ship it for their clients. The girls working here said they couldn’t do it because I did the process online. I tried to explain to them that the website says they can, but they kept saying no with the same poor explanation. Today I called customer service and asked them why they website says so but store says otherwise. The T-Mobile agent told me that shouldn’t have happen, and that I should bring my old device to different store.I would rate 0 stars if I could. Workers aren’t knowledgeable of how their system works and what they can do as a store, only enough to work there.
