Cleanse with good food. The breakfast staff cannot talk about the coffee, use cream, ask about the cream or avoid overfilling the coffee. The same employee listens to her phone in the lobby without headphones. This is rude. Apparently TB is too cheap to have a break room. I forgot the breakfast sauce at breakfast. Staff need ESL training and more sleep. ESL training is available across the street at Southwestern College or at Chula Vista Adult School, San Ysidro Adult School. Montgomery Adult School or National City Adult School. All of this is free.

Gone here multiple times and the food is always good. Never get a stale taco.

I swear this Taco Bell is terrible I’m not going say all but 50 percent of there employees are related or friends so they are rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the inappropriate conversation they have while making food . By time you get your food it frozen cold . No napkins it’s insanely disappointing. This is nice up scale area and across from college where students should be able to eat and rest between classes . Not a very pleasant place or service .

Food is as expected, service is horrible.Write this as I sit in the drive thru for a second time for an online order placed 10 minutes prior. Waited 30 minutes the first time. Got to the speaker box and worker tells me to pull forward to the window without me saying anything. Pull up to the window and she tries charging me for the order of the car behind me ( whose order she did take ). I tell her I have an online order and provide a name.She says there is no order under that name. I show her the order information and she says it’s not here. I double check the address show her and she says it’s not on her computer. She then tells me to park in front. I do and wait a the front door since its closed. No one acknowledges.I get back in the drive thru and have been here for about 25 minutes about to ask for my order again. App shows order as complete.After 1 hour ( total time here ) I pulled up to the box and was told to wait. I gave the order name again and was told to pull up to the window. Asked for a refund and was told they can’t do a refund that it needs to be done to be on the app.Was told the system is slow. Could have at least acknowledged me when I was at the front door waiting.What a waste of time.

Employees seemed like they did not want to be at work at all. Wouldn't let me change my drink order and did not provide any hot sauce and napkins when asked.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL... My family goes to this particular one at least 3 times a week. Unfortunately within the last few months it's gone down hill fast. They have not put all food in the bag 5 times, but the worst is when you wait 20mins to order finally get to order they put your order in the screen and then they say I'm sorry my manager told me I can't sell that to you is online only. I said really I ordered it as normal thru the drive thru this afternoon and my son did to. This happened with the rules tacos and now with the double decker. Then I have to go to my car order on line and wait 20 minutes. While I was inside waiting people were ordering it on the kiosk and at the counter. I asked the cashier, and she said that's wrote and that they have new managers.well they should know what they are doing. I showed them each time that on the app they are not listed under online only, and my neighbors got them during the day at the drive thru. Then they forgot 2 item I went back. NO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, NO HERE ARE SOME CHIPS JUST MY DID THROWN ON THE COUNTER AND I WAS TOLD IT'S MINE. WORST WORST WORST EVER
