I did the 6 week challenge and it was the push I needed to finally focus on my health and wellness! I did the 20 lb challenge and ecstatic about my results. I signed up for an annual membership after the challenge :) I love the trainers at the classes I attend. They are helpful and will answer any question you have for them.

Si necesitas un empujón para empezar un cambio de vida, no dudes en estar aquí en the camp transformation. Te sentirás muy bien en todos los aspectos.Y más te agradará cuando empieces a ver cambios en tu cuerpo.Todas las clases son excelentes, pero para mi gusto miércoles y sábados son las que rifan.Todo el personal son muy amables, te tratan como en familia.En mi punto de vista todos trabajan en equipo y por eso existe la buena armonía.

Great place to push yourself, great staff and amazing equipment. You start at you own pace and with the proper training, motivation and accountability they can help reach any goal you have set for yourself. I’ve had a chance to meet some real great people with the same goals in mind. I even met my wife at the Chula Camp TC, it was last week after she dropped off my son at school I met here there at 8.

"Within These Walls, Your Life will Change" is written on the gym wall, and I often stare at it. Your life WILL....sticking to the FTDI routine, healthy meal plan/prep, HiiT work outs (mixture of constant active cardio/recovery along with strength training), supportive staff members, in- camp personal coach to guide you on meal plans and certified trainers that help you fix your form so that you are able to work out at your optimal, in the safest manner), modifications work outs are available too for those with prior limb restrictions due to past injuries. They just make it all possible to reach your healthy lifestyle goals. I am a returnee...former gym member in 2018 (you mightve read my old review) ...4 yrs later lots have changed in my life. With post pregnancy, pandemic, and the passing of my Father (I became an emotional eater ) .......depression and life happens; along with that....poor health habits. My last doctor's appointment was an eye-opener when I was told I now have hypertension and pre diabetic. As a Registered Nurse I see the damages these diseases can do to the body. I've also seen it happen to my close family members. I needed to make a change...and I needed it now then ever. I signed up Oct 31st....and I kept at it with the meal preps and continued to show up...regardless of how I felt. I always felt great afterwards anyway! 19lbs down...and still wanting to lose more! The 6 weeks fly by quick! I plan to sign up again soon! I'm actually somewhat addicted now No regrets....just sign up and you will see all the positive changes joining will do to your life. love my AFF family!

I started with the camp in August of this year after baby number 5! My initial goal was to just get started and show a bit of consistency and I am so happy that I did! The motivation provided by the trainers, the members and even the owners is AMAZING! On my birthday this year (the end of October) I decided to take the leap and start my first six-week challenge at Chula Camp TC! I went in with a goal to lose 3% body fat, and today I finished my challenge having EXCEEDED my goal! Every day has not been easy. I've been tired and had to take days off because of sickness, but even when down, I did my best to stick with great eating habits! The camp has transformed much more than my body in the months that I've been a member...it's transformed my mind! Proud of my progress, and looking forward to starting the year Strong! #beastlake #thecamptransformationcenter

I I really like the camp I have done a few different challenges everybody that works there from the front desk it's to all the trainers Monterey view and help you to your goals if you have not worked out in a little while after your first few days you'll be very sore all you have to do is keep pushingAnd after that you will feel great and you will have more energyOh you have to do is follow the directions and follow the meal plan and you will definitely notice a change and you will definitely not get bored because each day is a different day with a different exercise and One day is upper body second day lower body then he 3 day is full body and the hrs are great

I LOVE this place! I have been going with my teenage daughter for a few months now, and we both love it! We are at 2 different levels of fitness but have a great time and are both challenged during each workout. The coaches are amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I have personally done a few challenges and loved them! The staff is always there to help and support you if you get stuck and cheer you on as you reach your fitness goals!

I'm obsessed! I love it - different workouts every day, different instructors morning and evening and throughout the week. You can always make the workout your own - lift heavy if that's what you want, or modify as needed. Feels like family, everyone has been welcoming and encouraging. Work out at the same time a couple of days and you'll have your group! I'm so glad I joined after my 21 day trial!

I got to a mental point where I really wanted to start my weight loss and healthier lifestyle journey this year for myself and my family. I have done other weight loss programs in the past and really wasn't sure this was going to be the right fit. The Camp has a wonderful team dedicated to helping me reach my goals with a meal plan and workout schedule. I started The Camp and had a lot of challenges mentally, when choosing the correct foods and portion control. The team at the Camp was so supportive and offered ideas to help me meet my goal. My favorite part of being at The Camp are the complete bootcamp style workouts that focus on different areas of the body throughout the week. I love that the workouts are challenging yet attainable and the fact that I don't feel intimidated when I walk into the gym. There are also modifications and alternative exercises provided by the skilled instructors for different levels of fitness and/or to accommodate for past injuries. I modify my exercises sometimes as I am a beginner and my left knee was injured a while ago. Also, we have weekly weigh ins for our challenge that really helped keep me accountable. I am very proud to have met my first weight loss goal and am looking forward to my next challenge to prepare for the new year!
