I had a great experience at this dealership. The communication from the sales team (Randall, Gio and Roberto) is the best I have ever seen. They answered my numerous questions in a timely and detailed manner. It’s worth mentioning that they don’t add any add-ons to the price of the car that you don’t need like other dealers do. When I arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was in place, the car was spotless, and the gas tank was full.

On January 19 appointment 10 AM please pass on bravo for outstanding customer service from Service attendant Carlos on Main St., Chula Vista, CA. my car 5000 miles check up was done in a timely matter. I waited in the customers lobby. I don’t know maintenance ladies name, but she did a good job cleaning with a smile on her face. Continue given outstanding customer service.

AWESOME Service from Cesar! It was such an easy process - made an appnt., rolled up in the line and was greeted right away, waited a short amount of time and was escorted to Cesar who took care of me the entire day with updates and even got me a much needed car wash!!! Everyone inside was great too - always a smile and a hello! and the coffee is great too! Thanks so much! 5 stars FOR SURE!

I worked with Frank Ortiz in purchasing my 2024 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid in the color Calvary Blue! From the moment I walked in, he was able to assist me with any questions I had.I was able to take the car for a test drive and instantly knew I had to have it! Once that test drive was finished, I started to do what I had to do to take her off the lot. Going in, I did not think that I would be driving my car off the lot, but thanks to Frank, I was able to do just that. This process was very simple and as quick as it could be!I 100/10 recommend coming by Toyota Chula Vista and asking for Frank Ortiz! He provided one of the best services I have had going into a dealership.

Danny's a nice guy! I would recommend he take a little bit more time explaining what was done on my 2nd visit or just be more enthusiastic. I know there isn't much that needs to be done on my 2 of 4 free visits. Maybe just strike up a conversation, how is the car doing? Did you have any issues or concerns since your first visit?

I was a little anxious about coming in because I was due for my first service for my brand new car but Celia was very sweet and explained every detail of what would happen at my first service. She made me feel welcome. Thank you Celia. I hope to see you for my next service!

Carlos was pretty great because of his fun personality. We came in to get all our maintenance done and Carlos helped us out. Carols had great customer service and great personality to make me and my wife feel comfortable.

I’ve never been one to take a car I own to be serviced at a dealership. But I took a chance with Toyota of Chula Vista. It literally paid off because of the money I have saved. By subscribing to their email newsletter including service deals, the cost of getting an oil change was lower than any competitor. Plus, their customer service is super friendly. Am also happy I purchased my car at T of CV.

I bought a used 2019 Ford Fiesta ST from this dealership. A few things I liked:• The salesperson let me drive the car without any restrictions, did not sit in the car, did not try to upsell the vehicle. Just let me go around at a normal pace and allow me to feel the vehicle.• Negotiation was painless and we got a price that worked quickly.• The check-out process took some time, but that is what I am told is to be expected (I've never bought a car from a dealership before)• The detailing of the car could be better, but after all it's a used car, and they filled up the gas, which is a great way to start the ownership.Five stars, overall. Really enjoyed my experience.

Toyota Chula Vista made it a relatively streamlined process in buying a new vehicle.I had been in contact Jesus Martinez via text/email in regards to a one of the vehicles on the lot I was interested in, and made me an appointment to test drive the vehicle the next day. Unfortunately that vehicle was sold by the time I arrived the next day, but I was set up with sales consultant Francisco Valenzuela who showed me other very similar vehicles on the lot. Working with Francisco was a great experience. He was honest and upfront from the get go, which I appreciate and made the car buying process smooth. I let him know about my exact wants in a new vehicle, which was currently not on the lot, and he made sure to call me as soon as one arrived! Francisco never placed any pressure on me to make a sale and the negotiation process went smoothly and I came home that day happy with my new vehicle!My only gripe was when going through finance, things felt rushed, less friendly, and the finance manager second guessed mine and my wife's decision to forgo optional warranties while berating the sales staff for not doing their job properly. She also gave us the very bare minimum time to return with a check from our preferred lender/bank for our option contract. however luckily we were able to return with a check that same day.

My oil change was done at a reasonable time, considering the huge number of customers they had when I dropped of my vehicle. My service advisor Danny Munoz and I guess the tech’s name is Saul, did a great job servicing my vehicle. I usually check the engine bay and under the vehicle after bringing my vehicle in for service. I’m surprised how clean the vehicle is upon inspection. Means that no oil spills, no old oil dripping from the oil pan or filter cap. That tells me they know how to take care of business and to make their customer happy and satisfied with their service. Keep it up Toyota CV!

I set an appointment 1 week prior for an oil change at Toyota Chula Vista thinking this would be an efficient option. I anticipated being overcharged for a simple oil change, but I never anticipated the ridiculous wait time. When they finally decided to check me in, 25 minutes after my arrival at the set appointment time, I was informed that would be looking at a 3 hour wait..... for an oil change. After waiting the 3 hours, I went to the counter to check the status of my vehicle. I was informed that not only have they not even started, but that I was still looking at an additional 2 more hours before my vehicle might be ready. This location appears to be unorganized and poorly managed, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Terrible lack of service!!!

I've had mixed experiences with this place, between regular maintenance and repairs. Recently, I wanted an oil change, called up and they said "get here before 4 and we got you". So I rush as fast as I can to get over there right before 4 and they turn me away saying the technicians are too busy.That was pretty frustrating to hear. I'm done giving this place second chances.

Got an oil change and rear brakes service done here. Subpar service. It is unfortunate because I enjoyed coming in here for the past years, and all in all, the service seems to be going downhill. Had an appointment for 8:00am, got checked in by a young female employee, who told me to wait for a service advisor. Waited in my car for about 30mn, so when everyone else who came after me got called, I became a little concerned so I waved at her. She seems to have realized that they forgot me, so she hurries me to come out of the car and asks me to walk up and check-in with one of the service advisors. At this point, am a little frustrated and shared with the service advisor what just happened, and there is a minimal acknowledgment of the delay. The girl never even apologized.When my car was finally done, it was around 12:30pm. There was black oil marks all over the inside door handle. As I am driving home, I hear a loud strange noise from the right back passenger side every time I break. I call my service advisor and he asks me to take the car back to the shop. At this point, I was nervous because I had to be in Del Mar by 4pm.When I got there, the service advisor tells me that the technician told him that he already heard some noise from my car before fixing it, and the noise remained after he replaced the brakes, when he road tested it, implying that the noise came "from the hubcaps". Talking about not taking responsibility for a poor work. I told the service advisor it cannot be, because the noise is only heard when I brake, and if it was the "hubcaps", we would be hearing the noise all the time. After waiting for 45min, I was told it was fixed. As I drive back home for the second time, the noise is still noted to be there. So at this point, I am really upset even if I didn't want to. It is almost 3pm, and I still have to get ready for work and drive up North. I called, and this time I spoke with the service manager whom I previously shared my experience when I initially drove back the car to the shop. I told him about the persisting issue - he told me to bring it back there the following morning, he reassures me that the car is safe to drive despite the noise.At this point, I had to explain to him the inconvenience this has caused - Am going to be late for work (I was late 30mn) and I would not have a car the following day. I had to ask him that they will need to pick up and drop the car, and with the cost of gas, this going back and forth is getting costly. It definitely feels like I just wasted a lot of time that day. He agreed to pick up my car, and at this point, and he offered to fill up my tank after I made the comment about gas being costly these days. At this point, I felt a little better, especially that he took some ownership of the mess up of his technician, and responded positively to my request (pick up my car and drop it back), and decided to fill up my tank. Let me be clear and state the facts, the service recovery was only provided because I asked for it, it was not like they immediately offered it as to make things right. They kept the car almost the entire day. After the third time, the brakes did not make any sound anymore, I was told it was "human error". At this point, I just wanted to let go, forgive, and feel like I can start fresh with them again - I appreciated the effort of the service manager.However, my husband had some work request to be done on his car the same day, and few days after inspecting his car, he learned that the oil change he requested to be done was never done. The technician admitted that he didn't do it. Yet, when we checked the oil was quite dirty, and the level was quite low even though a multi point inspection showed that oil level was good. Also, there are inconsistencies with their road test drive. My car barely had mileage put in when the technician claimed to have road tested my car before and after fixing it. Yet, on my husband's sport car they easily put in 5 miles for some service that does not really require so much drivin
