I come here to wash my dog when I’m not getting her groomed. I love the fact I can come in with just my dog and nothing else if I so choose as they provide everything else. I don’t need to clean up the mess after which I love too

I've been in this store a few times looking for specific products for my dog, like otc pain relief and an anti-itch medication for an ear infection among other things. Every time I've asked for help finding something, the clerk listened to me, understood what I needed, walked me over to find it and even pointed out a couple of options for me. I've never had a clerk just point and say 'over there'. They've always gone out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.
Great store, great selection and really awesome, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
When you have a sick pet at home and you're already anxious, this is the place to come to get exactly what you need. The staff here go the extra mile and I really appreciate their service and care.

This is a well equipped self wash but no hair dryers. $20.00 is outrageous! The Unleashed in Spring Valley has hair dryers and at same price! Their should be a sign saying no hair dryers as this is a standard at all self wash locations in the country!!!

Not the best at grooming, I took my dog in the afternoon to be evaluated for price on grooming, then took him the next day and they charge more cause it was a different hour, plus some add ons. Hair cut was horrible, didn’t even look like they did something on him.

Twice my order was cancel because The address didnt match( I was pick it up at the store) then I went to pick it up on the morning and also was delivered to my house for no reason, so the charge me twice and now I have to take it to the store because of your stupid mistake.
