I just wanted to share my nightmare with you. I ordered this keyboard on Thursday and was thrilled to see it shipped so quickly. I checked the tracking and saw it was scheduled for delivery on Friday. I didn’t expect the vendor to use overnight shipping but was happy to see it. I was elated. I organized a get together with some friends for Saturday to test out the piano.Then the nightmare began. I sat in my house ALL DAY Friday waiting for the delivery to arrive since it required a signature. Nothing came. Finally, I went outside only to find a note stuck to my gate. They didn’t even bother to come to my door. Apparently, I was supposed to wait in the front yard.I called UPs (which took at least 30 minutes) and they apologized and assured me it would be delivered Saturday. In fact, he told me the dispatcher would personally call me first thing in the morning. He didn’t. Once again, I sat in my house all day long. I couldn’t even take a shower for fear of missing my delivery. I desperately needed groceries but did not dare leave. I checked the tracking numerous times throughout the day and called several times to try and get an update. There was none. All it said was “out for delivery”. Well, once again, it never came. Now it says it’s not arriving until Monday.It is inhuman to make people sit ALL DAY LONG for days on end afraid to go to the bathroom or walk into the backyard for some air. It is the worst form of torture. These people are monsters.

I am posting a review about THIS VERY UPS LOCATION office.The people working at this UPS’s front desk don’t have the minimum idea of what customer service is; they are not helpful, and their attitude is very rude and cranky. I am surprised; usually UPS service is good.

I don’t understand why people leave reviews on this site as if they were reviewing the entire UPS corporation.This ‘customer center’ does great as a customer center.The staff at the desk is amazing and I’ve been going there for about 6 years 1-2 times per month without a single hiccup.

The customer service needs to be improve as the front desk lady kept looking at me as if she wanted to fight me. She had a bad attitude. UPS ruined my shipment box and said that they had to check what was in there.

Would put zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a phone from t-mobile last week. I was not home when they tried to deliver it due to being at work. When I went to go pick it up from the customer care center I received an empty box. The box had clearly been tampered with, opened, and then sealed shut again without the phone inside. The employees were rude and extremely unhelpful. They wanted to get in my face and put their hands in my face when I was trying to address the concern of someone at this facility having taken my phone from the box. Would not even here us out or try to help us address this concern just wanted us to get out of their hair. They are all thieves and liars at this facility.

Waiting two days for delivery that was supposed to be delivered but no show. Drivers and managers should get fired for not doing what they are supposed to do “deliver”.Pick your delivery company carefully.

WORST! WORST! WORST!!Nothing no one has said already…. it’s been 4 days since i’ve been waiting for my Target package, i am currently pregnant and the 2 packages contain stuff for the hospital. I can not pick up at a location as i am in bed rest. Supposedly they “tried” delivering 3 times already (absolute BS! ) Customer service “spoke” to the driver and he/she said our condos gate was closed, (there’s 4 gates to go through and they were ALL CLOSED?) i’ve gotten packages from Amazon, USPS, Fed Ex… everyone BUT UPS can’t? interesting. Maybe UPS needs to check up on their “hard workers”, they are lazy! that’s what they are! they want to go home early so they skip having to look around for the apartment number smh! Don’t like your job! find another!! Having me wait til Monday or Tuesday! Let’s hope i don’t deliver this baby today!

I have been waiting for my package for 3 days now. And i say three cuz i have to wait tomorrow now and the most sure thing is that the location will likely "be closed" again and be sent back to tmobile and have to wait ANTOHER week for my phone to get here and thats IF. I asked nicely to see if they can just send it ti the nearest UPS store to the address which is literally 2-3 blocks away. I understand they have policies but they couldnt even leave a little note for the driver to deliver in the back. I tried to speak to their supervisor. He never picked up. No wonder amazon is their biggest competitor

LIARS!! SAID delivery attempted 3-times. In the house and my father was in the yard someone home all day!!Manager hung up on me twice terrible service, rude and they don't listen

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time the driver puts on his notes that the package was accepted by me personally. I have never signed for a package. The driver instead sent the package back to the sender making me go on a wild goose chase trying to locate the package. If you return to sender just say you returned to sender! Don't lie and say you left the package with me!

I’d leave 0/0 stars if I could because you guys deserve it. This is the second time in a week some incompetent driver has delivered a package to The District in La Mesa and did not put my package in the DESIGNATED MAIL ROOM- they delivered it to a random part of the building and it’s missing. No photo for Proof Of Delivery was even provided. Tragic. It’s marked as delivered to front door but it’s not at my front door simply because packages have a DESIGNATED MAILROOM. I filed a report for investigation because I scheduled all my items to be delivered before my birthday and now this is not possible. I will be taking this all the way up to corporate because this should never happen, let alone happen twice in a week. This is clearly not the field you should be working in if you’re being careless with packages. I hope your jobs get replaced by drones. Keep up the subpar work.Again, deliver to the DESIGNATED MAIL ROOMS, and if you have issues getting in go to the leasing office for access though you should all have a temporary code. Instead you choose to be careless and leave stuff outside of the building where the homeless can steal it. Please use your heads for more than just a place to lay your UPS hats on.

Package was being held at the Boswell location. I took my lunch time from work to make the drive after "they couldn't find my home " I show up at 12 and wait u til 1:15 and nobody would assist or help me. Had to leave.

I paid for overnight delivery. My package was set for delivery the next day. From the tracking process, I saw that it was on schedule for overnight delivery on Wednesday, 11/16/22. An hour and twenty-five minutes after it was out for delivery my delivery status changed to "Your Package Had An EXCEPTION". It stated that my street number is incorrect and they were trying to update my address. I immediately called the store I purchased it from to verify my shipping info which was correct. The store customer service said they would email UPS to inform them the address is indeed good. Then 7 hours and 7 minutes later they supposedly reattempted to deliver and again updated the status to say "The street number is incorrect". I contact the store I purchased my item from and they once more sent an additional email verifying my address was correct. Every time I called UPS directly I'm put on hold & disconnected. Here I am five days later and in between the 17th and today the 21st there have been no further attempts at delivery updated in my tracking status. The refund policy of the store I purchased my item from is 7-10 business days so if not delivered by tomorrow I will just cancel my order.
