This branch sucks and racist which is weird since most of workers are of color...I recommend the branch in mission valley professional and personable. Got a business account and couldn't even get my account number because they were acting weird asf I'm looking into how get this branch closed

Bad experience with the tellers at this bank And branch manager is a ignorant arrogant person. I went in to cash a cashier check and my balance was less than the check. So the teller by the name of IRMA GORE is a world class ignorant !! The last 3 times that I visit this branch she was rude really un happy about her work and she treats customers with out respect so I said yesterday that the servias was stupid And the branch manager took it personal and close my account just like that Base on his believes and traditions He close my account with out any consideration. If this person can do this to me he can easily do more worse to other customers ! Hi picture is bellow

I've always had great customer service with everyone I've encountered here. Not sure about these other reviews because I know every time I go in I'm going to have a friendly experience. Alejandra helped me today and she's always great to talk to while I'm there.

I went in yesterday & Alejandra attempted to help me. I honestly DONT know why this Lady works as a bank teller most likely due to lack of EDUCATION, but her lack of PROFESSIONALISM really over time will eventually make her lose her position. Than she most likely will end up working at MACY's where she can be just as rude to customers as she was to me. It's very unfortunate that they employ her bcuz as a valid customer I shouldn't be treated with disrespect & absolutely no knowledge or customer service skills. I really hope she finds her role into her position as a "TELLER". Her job is to service customers respectfully & politely without any attitude. U.S. BANK will lose customers over the duration of her employment there. My belief is, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB then YOU SHOULD "QUIT". ALEJANDRA also NEEDS to ACT MORE PROFESSIONAL because it seemed as if she was drinking when she was at lunch. THEEEEEE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED at ANY BANKING INSTITUTION. That was the worst experiences which I never had with any bank. First! I told the cashier hello how are you? but he didn’t reply to me anything, he just said what did I need help. Second I told him I’m gonna deposit some money to my account, he yelled on me and told me I had to know the exactly number of deposit before I entering any banks. Lastly he counted all my deposit around 1000$ In like 15 minutes.At the end he just told me hey this is my receipt and didn’t say any thing else . The worst person I never seen in my life. But I mean if he didn’t have good day and that was not my problem that he treated me like that.

Very slow despite only 2 customers in a very large branch. Tellers have no desire to assist in any way. Will never return to this branch.

SLOW! Its only Thursday afternoon too. I always go here since not many other locations close by my house. I had time to stand in line waiting still to write a review (why not, right?). Two cashiers out of probably eight teller stands were there, with six customers waiting. 10 minutes pass. Tick tock. I am next in line. Guy behind me irritated and mumbling to himself. He looking for someone to help. Still waiting. Oh good, I am next up. NOPE!. Teller doing other stuff now. 15 mins pass. We all got to go somewhere. One person still with a customer talking away. Finally 20 mins later..another teller comes. Wow. I guess it was lunch time.Hopefully, faster customer service gets fixed or maybe hire more people to keep it flowing. We love to get in and out. We already know Walmart got the same issues with lines too.I was only there to do a small deposit transfer. ?

Bank empty, I go in to make a deposit to my business account keep in mind the drive is far from me. I’m in a hurry and was told that I had to write 20 checks in a paper and add them up. Or I can go outside and deposit ATM which they only had one and 15 people waiting. Does that make sense? I originally opened this account because i had a bank across the street from me they have since closed that branch. I also needed to change my last name keep in mind that I got married had to wait 3 hours at the DMV to get an ID with my last name. The teller that said she can’t help with my deposit because bank policy is that customers count their own money directed me to their waiting area to have someone help me with my last name change. One was with a customer the other talking about her week and personal stuff with another person I waited almost 20 min for her to ask if she could help and I told her I need to change my last name she said I needed a marriage certificate to do so I DIDNT BRING a marriage certificate I have a federal ID with my new last name and all mi atm cards with my pins they said NO I can’t do that it’s so frustrating having to drive so far and can’t accomplish anything so decided to close my accounts and was told I couldn’t till tomorrow since I had made a cash withdrawal today the transaction is in process ? I hate this bank!!!!! I’ll drive back tomorrow 40 min to close it DONT COME HERE!

Currently in line and have been waiting for 10 minutes they have 1 teller and 3 others sitting there doing other things. There are about 7-8 other people in line waiting behind me. This is is typical of this branch im not sure who manages it but they need to reevaluate who runs this branch.

STAY AWAY!! I'm a Long time customer and I went in the other day to deposit a check and the Female Security Guard initially had a mask on but when I went out to my car to gather additional paper work and attemped to re enter the bank, the Security Guard decided to open the door for me "WITHOUT" A MASK ON, WHILE EATING HER LUNCH!! Seriously!?!?All essential businesses that operate indoors should be abiding by state and local health guidelines, especially now that we have entered into the Purple Teer. I've seen this woman do this before and I would never have someone like this working for my business. I am considering closing my accounts and moving my money to another bank as well as informing the County.

Been here waiting for 45 minutes. Ridiculous. They're are 9 teller windows here and two are staffed. They're is a 3rd teller but he is mor attending to customers. No one is hustling here. Can't tell if they're is a manager present. Hate this bank. Horrible management.
