Walked in to ask questions about my passport. The worker was probably the rudest USPS employee I’ve ever encountered. Had me and 3 others leave the passport office so she could close the doors at 4:45. First and last time going to this one.

I haven't done much business at this post office, but they had what I needed, which was passport renewal forms.

Short staffed. Only 1 clerk with long line of 20 people. Been in line for 45 minutes. I don’t understand why it’s like this.

Worst experience for the second time coming in here for passport application and renewal. Customer service is worst, by the time I stepped in the line, lady in front was rude (the one closest to the entrance). Can they be at least as nice as possible. Not everyone knows what they need to do right away. That was the reason they are working in there, to guide and help us as they can. If they don’t know what to do, they can ask they co-workers or experience co-worker for help. I had to stayed for more than one hour just to send my mail. Lady in the passport area was rude! Lady in the front desk was also rude she never helped me out, I had to go back in the line multiple times, Luckily the other lady is nice enough to help the other lady to processed my mail. I am not experience too so I needed help with my mail. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS WORST THAN THE LAST TIME I went there. TERRIBLE experience.

I had my passport appointment today at 340 Oxford St, and unfortunately, Yolanda provided one of the most disappointing customer service experiences. She not only treated me rudely but also displayed extreme disrespect towards a family nearby. Yolanda wasn't helpful when I struggled with cursive writing, insisting on a redo and suggesting my passport might not be accepted. When I requested to retry, she dismissively replied, "No, I'll send it like that, and if it gets sent back, oh well." Additionally, she was loudly and unhelpfully addressing another family, even slamming the door and stating, "I'm not gonna help you, read the form, if you're not ready, make a new appointment." It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, and if Yolanda isn't satisfied with her job, perhaps she should consider a change, as customer service seems ill-suited for her. It's unfortunate to witness someone directing their unhappiness onto others. If you're considering getting your passport, I recommend exploring other options to avoid a similarly unpleasant experience.

Window clerks are busy yet could be more polite like downtown Chula Vista clerks who have even more customers in a more obvious location. Not open Saturday for no particular reason, or past 5. Has passport office, but no mailbox for cars. Tiny and awkward parking and building. Long lines.

Worst customer service ever!!! Addy ( the woman closest to the entrance) needs to find a new job, she is extremely rude! Ive gone here the last three times to send a miliatry care package overseas since it is close to my home, and each time she has been atrocious to myself or to other customers. Thanks to her, my large box of CHRISTMAS stockings were the soldiers which were sent out THREE weeks ahead to ensure delievery were sent back for her lack of attentiveness/ laziness! She just wanted to argue that my APO address was "weird", which was hilarious since she has procesed one previously with the SAME address. Then proceeded to say how much of a pain military packages are, ma'am if your lazy then find a new workplace! Avoid this location !

I remember when priority mail was $2.95. I was shocked it is now $9.95. Perhaps I'm too far in the digital business transactions.Service was excellent.... as it should be. This post office needs a make-over. But at least you can make an appointment for a passport.

Dropped off a letter to be mailed to the inside mail drop boxes. No issues with this PO. But sometimes when I drive past it in the early morning on my way home from work, l see homeless sleeping in front of the store where the entrance double doors are.
