I don’t really ever write reviews however, this place is a JOKE!!!! The people are rude and dismissive. I sent in my son to exchange his phone because Verizon customer service had sent us. They refused to help my son and treated him like a thief…
I work customer service and OUR job is to service the client regardless if you are getting the commission or not. If you want to be treated poorly I highly recommend this store. I get better customer service at Walmart.

Went to exchange my phone that corporate sent me wrong phone. The representative that help me was rude!!! All of them!!! No greeting, brushed me off as if I was nobody. I have a business account with 10 phone lines and spend over 1200 a month. His customer sales needs to be approved. Nobody greeted me, just what do you need?
I didn't feel welcomed and I felt racism because I look Asian and all the employees at that store are Hispanic.
Then he leaves the desk saying can't exchange the phone, get up gets his door dash order and Walks past me. No knowledgement not even a thank you. Called customer service and they sent me to another store.
Don't do business at that store!!! I will never go back to that store.

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give a negative 10 star. Absolutlely the worst customer service I have EVER experieced. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE knows what the are doing. EVERY SINGLE employee at this store needs to be fired and replaced by people that not just robots handing out boxes, but people that UNDERSTAND what customer serice actually means. As a new customer I went in to pick up my order. When it was finally procsesed and I picked it up, the rep handed me 2 boxes told me how to how to open them gave me a piece of paper with a hand written phone number on it and told me if I had any issues to call them. I could have walked out with my trade ins and no one would have even known. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!
I made an extra trip (05.28.2025) up from Ensenada to migrate from the T-Mobile. I spent 7 1/2 hour the next day 05.29.2025 on the phone with no resolution. I am giong on day 3 & will have to make an additional trip back to San Diego to return the new iPad that I bought from them that does not work & exchange the updraded phone...I'm off to call customer service again.

Went in to upgrade my phone.
Was in the store for 20 minutes. Mid day, Not one associate came up to see if I needed assistance. At least 5 of them were gathered amongst themselves just laughing.
EDIT : went back get helped. They couldn't put a screen protector on correctly then told me they had none left after trying two defective items. Offered no other solutions. Juat attitude.
Ps: they openingly laugh and mock customers while other customers are still in store. Very unprofessional. Was being done by a Manger.

The owner! Ha ha. Soo sorry. Your store employees, and especially the manager the one with very bad hygiene. Are so bad it's funny. I went in with one question, with an appointment, They said call customer service. I didn't have service in a verizon store! Santiago... eesh .. we all know you guys are sales based, but sometimes they tell people to go into a physical store. It is just that store . Santiago trying to get aggressive with a customer, you know those guys, just no clue .. He did have a manager badge on though! To the owner who keeps saying sorry, if you had decent employees, not even good, just decent, you wouldn't have to copy paste so Many apologies. I say go to the store for a good 😃 laugh.

It’s not just this store it’s Verizon. You go into the store to buy a phone and the store representative will gladly make a sale. But when there’s something wrong with your bill they don’t want you in the store because it takes time away from making sales. They won’t help , they don’t care , anything relevant to your bill just call 611 your on your own. Then you call 611 and these people overseas take you into a never ending circle of nothing. Nothing gets resolved. I don’t het this business model when they make the sale in the store and offer no support for their service. The business service isn’t even that great anymore in service nor customer support. These overseas Verizon representatives are a joke, have no employee empowerment, to even make things right . They get paid to do nothing but lie over the phone and not fix the problem which was caused by their system. Careful these bills are never the same. And if you call in to fix the problem then goodness sake good luck getting anything fixed.

pick another carrier besides verizon and the customer service at this verizon is horrible. I have been waiting for a shipping label since last month to arrive at my house and have not once received one yet I called and called and no one helps today I had the opportunity to return the item at a verizon corporate store . And was denied for no reason. My niece is my account manager and the representative at verizon on Hst was not helpful. Get some better help verizon

My kids went in to switch plans and update their phones and the Verizon representative who was “helping” them deleted my son’s phone PRIOR to ensuring all the data had transferred to the new phone. He lost everything!
The staff training at this location is obviously lacking if the representative does not understand the process enough to ensure a proper data transfer has occurred before deleting the data from the original device.

I wanted to change my phone number and was told if I added a new phone number I could get a free phone. And then i was sold on the idea of keeping my old phone number with the new phone number on my phone via an eSIM. And I was told that would cost me just five dollars per month. I asked Luis to please check and then double check to be sure that was accurate. He said it was but then upon receiving the bill they charged us $42 per month for having two phone numbers on the same phone. So today I had to cancel that eSIM phone number and it’s been quite the headache. I believe management lead Luis to say anything he needed to say to finalize the deal. He seemed like a nice young man, but then… Who knows. I just know doing business at this store caused me a massive headache. It was a waste of my time. I was suggest finding another store in the area to do business with rather than this store.
