Employees at this store are extremely helpful and greet me each time I go into the store. The younger kids working are extremely attentive and polite as well and the environment has a good energy ...five stars all day long !!

Whichever manager is in charge of this store's location does a poor job with marketing. The promotional materials are disorganized and confusing. For example, my colleague and I attempted to purchase a pack of sodas. We found three different promotional labels for the same product, but none of the advertised discounts were applied at checkout. We made our selection based on the labels.
Additionally, the store's product selection is puzzling. They offer a wide variety of items like napkins, water, and towels, but no plates. This seems like a significant oversight.

Please clearly state on your website or here on your page that you will refuse to see patients without the use of a qr code.
I set up an appointment for a simple flu shot and was refused to be seen because I didn't use codes. Even though she was clearly able to pull up my record and info on her computer.
I wasted my time and fuel.

Terrible service, they are not friendly, they are arrogant, you ask them for help and they don't give it to you, I spoke on the phone, they put me on hold and at the last they hung up on me, we went to get the medicine and it was ready, they made us fill out a lot of paperwork waiting for an hour and the medicine is ready ✅ I with COVID, they don't feel sorry for you in the end they didn't give me the medicine because the system crashed but that was a lie because everyone came for their medicine and they really gave it to them, it's one of the worst places ever again I ordered medication from those pharmacies, they treat you very badly just because I am Mexican American, a lot of discrimination, I can't believe it.

I asked a pharmacy employee when does the flu season/vaccine (Jan 2024) timeframe end or past the point of necessity. I received the typical “I don’t know” and proceeded to type in the computer without following up to assist with the info in case I wanted the flu shot.

?? Disappointing Experience at Walgreens ??I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at the Walgreens located on I street . As a loyal customer and a person of color, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and even racially targeted.I visited the store to return some items, a process that I have done without any issues in the past. However, this time, the cashier adamantly refused to give me a cash refund, stating that it was store policy. This surprised me because I have returned items for cash at this very Walgreens numerous times before.When I requested to speak with the manager, hoping to resolve the situation and understand the alleged policy, I was met with a cold and dismissive response. The manager, who identified himself as the manager, refused to provide any evidence of the policy or even engage in a constructive conversation.The way I was treated was not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. I was left feeling humiliated and even shed tears of frustration. To experience such treatment right before Christmas, a time when kindness and understanding should prevail, is truly disheartening.I implore Walgreens to examine the behavior of their staff and ensure that no customer is subjected to such treatment. Discrimination of any kind has no place in our society, and it certainly should not be tolerated in a retail establishment that claims to value its customers.I sincerely hope that this incident can serve as a catalyst for positive change within this Walgreens location.
