Jill was a fantastic sales associate! Super friendly and helpful. She makes me want to go back to this Walgreens location again. It was clean and there was no line. They also have great sales. Make sure to check everything out when you go.

I came in needing to return item I purchased for my sick father….. the cashier at front said I had to speak to GM…. & I met GRISELDA the store manager very nice lady who helped me return and I received store credit….FAIR TO ME… thank u for ur kindness <3 I will be a WALGREENS customer for life because of kindness to help during a time of need … THANK U <3

The pharmacy is so unorganized and they are rude. One person can’t manage non-prescription medications and has you call your doctor for a prescription. Then you get your prescription and they tell you. “Oh we have to process it, it going to take an hour.” I was like what? For a non-prescription OTC, after I been there for 1/2 hour trying to buy this medication. Horrible!!

Great convenient location. Good customer service and very nice people that work here, especially the photo center. Prices are competitive with nearby stores like Walmart, Target etc. you can find most of your basic needs without walking into the larger corporate stores so that's a plus for convenience. Only gripe is the pharmacy drive thru can get very congested during peak times but it'd rather pick up using drive thru when I'm sick anyways. They also do text and phone call notifications when your meds are ready for pick up. Thank you Walgreens Eastlake!

Bella at Walgreens provided exceptional customer service! My parents went in to get a picture copied, and she was incredibly patient and helpful, not just with him but with everyone she assisted. Her professionalism and kindness stood out. Thank you, Bella!

First time here for a prescription pickup. The lady at the front was very nice but the pharmacy staff were impatient, rude and not helpful. I recommend going elsewhere.

This place gets five stars because it was super busy and Mark the manager was so kind to help me in finding some very needed SPF protection in the form of capsules. I really like it we go out of their way to give good customer service and lead you to where you need to go when you are in a frantic to find something. I was in a rush, and Mark made my experience much more relaxing with his help.

The pharm tech is worst especially the one at the drive thru. She gave the meds/card all the way in and with a silly grin asked "Do you want me to move it out for you" Duh at least make it easy to reach out. If she doesn't want to be there Quit!! I'm sure plenty others can do her job as she so stressed you can hear in her voice how she deals with the custoners

Unexpectedly the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Walgreens.We went in to have some last minute pictures printed for Christmas. What we needed was more complicated than initially expected. Nikko, Isabella and Mark went above and beyond, they were very patient and made sure we were ? satisfied with our pictures.Strangely enough, while waiting for our pictures we ended up finding a couple last minute gifts there too. I rarely shop at Walgreens, NEVER imagined finding gifts there. I honestly never noticed all of the products they carry, like cologne?! Actual brand names?! Reasonable prices? Walgreens where have you been all my life?! I would have never noticed had we not come in to THIS store and received the excellent customer service that we had.We will now be coming back for more than just printing pictures.Everyone at this store is so attentive, the store was also surprisingly very organized considering it was just a couple days before Christmas.Definitely recommend shopping this store. Thanks guys!
