There is a lack of staff, since the waiting time to make the payment for the purchase is often excessive. In addition there is a lack of personnel
Bilingual and for the most part, cordial and friendly attention.

This store is cleaner than the one in National City and always stocked, except for bottled water. 4 stars because of its location (15 minute drive) from my house.

I can understand that it's a business all the way around. But it's rather worrisome that the employees who are securing merchandise they almost plow through customers with their cart. They sort of bully the shoppers in a quiet way because they don't actually say a word but they do push their cart right in front of the shoppers. Maybe someone else is clocking them which is understandable. But they can at least say excuse me or something to that effect. And not charge forward with their cart especially for old people who can hardly move around and out the employees way. It seems like they rule in the aisles. Maybe they can get some proper training and some words of polite etiquette.

Went in for some fishing gear. Got some rods and a couple lures. However, one of the lures didn’t show up in their system at the register. The cashier took unnecessarily long to resolve the issue, gave us attitude, and the supervisor was unwilling to sell it to us. Every time I’ve had a similar situation at other Walmarts and targets, they’ve given the item to us at a discounted rate or for free. Not only did they waste our time but we didn’t even get the product they put out on their shelves.

I like the store except that on other occasions it was uncomfortable because the employees treat people as if they were stealing, I experienced that treatment a couple of times.
