Wound up in a position that I had to use this particular Wells Fargo and I might have just had a one off bad experience but I would never come back under any circumstance. The teller that helped me was rude, arrogant and apathetic all in one which is not a great way to be when you are in customer service. The teller was younger woman with short semi curly hair that was something between blonde and orange with a visible Tatoo on her right forearm. I mentioned that a form she asked me to fill out was not requested from me from the other two Wells Fargo's I frequently go to in La Mesa and La Jolla. Her response was curt and said they were all wrong. She could have said it was a store policy but I truly doubt the other two banks got it wrong. Either way the attitude she gave was awful and you could tell she absolutely hates her job. One apple can ruin a bunch and I feel bad for the people that have to work with her. Would give 0/10 but it's not possible.

I've been a customer over 20 years. I asked for a box of pennies and they said no. When a few weeks ago a came in and they gave me one. Not very friendly and rude. Other wells fargo say just one and that I can also order them.

Very slow , no sense of urgency . There's another guy in the back just staring . Really isn't doing anything . No assistance , this place needs to step it up . Other Wells Fargo's have urgency .

They never have enough time to open an account it looks like an hour is not enough time third time trying and this lady didn't found an appointment for me when they call me to confirm the appointment. Bad service. Not coming back here.

First time iv been turned away trying to break change or get quarters just because I'm not a member of their bank. Silly. No sorry or even have a good day. This must be why I don't know anyone with an account with WF.

Worst service ever. Had to get auth for a $8k check. Sylvia M. Assumed I look hispanic she must speak spanish. Started speaking to me in spanish when I greeted her in English she seemed bothered. I walked over to teller (Marisol)who was rude not to say hello.. when Sylvia noted something on my acct Marisol counted the money to me placing in into an envelope gave a receipt.. no thank you, no have a nice day, thank you for banking w/ WF.. Awful service will never come to this branch again. I honestly felt like I was bothering them or was a bother to come check one of their personal checks... glad I don't bank w/ them, would never bank w/ them.

It is the third time that I go to the drive thru to get money and avoid the crowds and it says its not working or it doesn't have money to dispense. It should be working and kept working if that's all that people want to do!?

I had 4 buyers on my home with earnest money down to buy. My home. I had 2 loans with Wells Fargo signed at the same time when I bought the house. The first refused to give any money to the second loan. They forced the foreclosure. Unbelievable. Then they were looking when my paycheck was comming. They took all my money as soon as it was deposited. Well Fargo has more than 2 companies fighting inside they have over 35 companies all under that umbrella. My realtor became an arbitrator between the different Wells Fargo departments. Good job supper wealthy bankers. You must enjoy your plot to destroy this country and regular people. When is enough enough?

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 2001 and I did not have anything bad to say or complain till this year. During the last months I have not been able to use my debit card as I was supposed to; every time I try to buy crypto on Coinbase or any other exchange the transaction is declined (note that I only use popular exchanges with good reputation). It is totally fine for a bank to verify and make sure the account holder is the one using the debit card when this kind of transaction is happening for the first time, but I have had the same issue every time I try to buy bitcoin. The issue is that once this is cleared then the price is not the same any longer, leaving me frustrated for not being able to buy crypto with my own funds.For a bank, that is just not right. Let me use my money the way I want, otherwise, what's the point to bank here?

I came in here with low expectations because first I went to Wells Fargo in H street Chula Vista and the guy that helped me with a check a couldn't deposit was really rude, instead of being nice and make me feel like he could fix my problem he treated me like my problems didn't matter. Anyway I came to this location instead and as soon as I sat down to be helped the lady walking around asking if we need assistance was really nice, asked me what I needed and I explained the situation she went asking came back I honestly was expecting to be sent home again, this issue I had with this check was driving me insane, she came back told me we are gonna help you we're just figuring out how, that made my day. Then I saw one of their guys behind the desk I can't remember his name but he helped me so quickly like if it was a piece of cake, everyone there was smiling and happy attending their costumers, I'm definitely going back here if I ever need to
