I have come to this location multiple times, within this past year more than 10 times that I arrive a few minutes before 4pm and the location is closed. Both the website and the door state 5pm. Why is this a habit? Why not just change the store hours so we don't waste our time driving?

Horrible customer service by Daniela Puentes she had a really bad attitude for some odd reason I've always came to Wells Fargo and have a great experience but this time around I won't no longer be coming to this location due to her lack of customer service she had her Starbucks and food sitting on the counter while trying to help me out but she look frustrated or just not having a good morning but don't take that out on customers that are coming in

The worst customer service Here A rude behavior from Daniela she canceled a confirmed appointment at 10 am since last Tuesday, I was there too and the service was outstanding with a Professional and charming attendant ..,so It was requested two weeks in advance ,Daniela gave to another client my reserved time .I arrived at 10:05 somebody was already with her ?also I was ignored over 20 mints until someone told me the appt is canceled ,I was dismissed because I was late ? Abusive way to justify her actions SHAME on Daniela and her employer. No Wonder this place has a poor rating . Change a CD Status takes more or less 10 minutes.only .....

Very bad customer service, long line, don't care about elderly customers, my father 90 years old, stud in line for more than 15 minutes, only 2 cashiers, they are friendly but should put more cashiers !!!

Customer service was good, but there were only 3 tellers for a long line and the new ATMs that Wells Fargo placed were not intended for people in wheelchairs they cannot insert the debit card, they cannot put their PIN and much less they cannot withdraw their money.

Worst place ever. Been here over 30min to cash a check. There's 5 other employees just chatting away. With only 1 teller. Every employees should be helping out a guest not just say hi. And go about your convo.
