Dario Venegas has really bad customer service they make you sign up for a waiting list to be able to be seen for services and skips you as he pleases not following the order of the sign in sheet they provide.

I walked in to this branch trying to open a checking account. They told me I needed to scan a QR code and join the waiting list which I did. (There was only 1 person ahead of me) after waiting for about 45 min a man walked in and was told there was 2 people ahead of him. He had a conversation with one of the bankers and 5 min later he was called in ahead of me. I complained to the banker Dario venegas and he told me that since I was there to open a new account. That I needed to make an appointment for faster service. And people who get there for quicker services would be called in first.

What bad service they give in this bank, I went for a check issue and they didn't treat me as they should, nor did they ask me to sit down or let me explain anything, just standing there in front of people, no, we don't do that here, they almost told me we don't want it. serve very poorly because one has their money there.

This Wells Fargo is horrible if you want to feel ignored come here if you want to be treated like you have no common sense go to the lady with the long poofy black hair. Who not only disrespected me but my 70 year old grandmother by rolling her eyes and her ignorant sassy tone of voice super horrrible I simply wanted to open an account and I didn’t because of her and her nasty attitude they should not have her in the front representing the team.

Bad experience but they didn't give me a full change, I came back and told the cashier Lizbeth because I feel very rude. I was missing and he told me I didn't give it to you in full so I told him he counted his money and finally he had the money that was missing in his box and it wasn't to say I'm sorry that this person's bad customer service seems like they have it by force working there I called to speak to the manager but they never answered I hope he takes the decency to teach his employee manners why thank you to the clients that they have a job thank you

This branch location is trash. Slow service, wasted more than an hour of my time in a waitlist for one to see a banker about a wire transfer. I posted this in the peak hours and not one person is present for banking. Graveyard.

I must admit that while wait times are a bit longer than most, their customer service and courteous and polite demeanor dynamic more than make up for it. I found the tellers too charming to stay upset at the wait time. Waiting is one of my pet peeves, yet found myself walking out with a smile due to the vibe from young man in charge and lovely young lady teller who handled my appointment. I will continue to use this branch and continue to recommend because of that.

Terrible customer service. Went to open a simple checking account for my son for his first job. No one in the bank has any knowledge in terms of customer service At least 5 people sitting around doing nothing. Told we could only do this with an appointment. COVID is over. No need for people standing around doing nothing. Had to make an appointment for opening a simple account. Bad impression. Don't bank here because it will definitely piss u off especially if you have been a loyal customer with multiple high balance accounts.

I came in today to get a copy of my direct deposit form since my printer is down.. I was told to wait in line and after waiting 15 min, the teller informed me the printer was down. The man that asked me to wait in line apologized and he said he will help me blah blah blah.. he asked another coworker to help me named Romel and he had me waiting an additional 15 min because he was gossiping with a coworker.. I'm sorry but I came here because it was urgent and he just said you are welcome to go to another branch. This branch has terrible customer service.. 1 teller working and the rest of the staff gossiping while there's customers waiting.

I went in to open an Account the staff was courteous, cheerful, kind, knowledgeable and very patient. my day was a little tumultuous and I was a bit on edge my representative Dale Thomas was very patient and he gave me the best of service although I was on edge. Dale made sure that I was comfortable and took his time working with me. and I am very grateful to him for his understanding of my mood. thanks wells Fargo for the people to choose to employ at this branch. The 3rd avenue branch in Chula Vista.

I opened up my business account here. That day they were amazing! The rest of the times I go here the lines are always long; I saw like four employees just hanging out behind a single teller. Some of the men working here are wearing business casual and others are just wearing jeans. What you wear to work matters a lot in how you interact with your customers and how the establishment is perceived as.On a different day I had made an appointment with a specific banker for a specific date and time. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was told to wait outside by my car (Covid). I waited and I went in at the exact time my appointment was scheduled for. They told me the banker was backed up because they had a sudden customer walk in and they needed help. I patiently waited 10 minutes and I finally had to tell someone that I had made an appointment and that they were wasting my time. What I don't understand is why do they have an option to schedule you and then not be ready for that time. We live in the United States where time is money and everyone lives a busy . Therefore, the bad review is for wasting my time and not being professional. And, stop using Covid as an excuse. When this happened it was roughly a year since the pandemic happened. That should be plenty of time to adapt to all of these changes.After 13 years of banking with Wells Fargo and I think I had enough. Regardless, if a customer has banked with you for a complete day or for 20+ years you should always treat them with the utmost respect.It's also disappointing that the tellers don't even greet you nor do they ask you how they can help you out. It's very awkward when you go up to the window and you make that uncomfortable eye contact. The ATM machine greets you better than the tellers themselves. Customer service needs attention here and it needs to be a high priority.
