I needed to remove a POD off my account since i survived, i was given a same day appointment as i went in at the bankers lunch hour, i returned the same day, and he helped me 100%, he actually didn’t know how and called to get the info, he helped me every step of the way and i got it done the same day, took the extra step, fantastic service

I would rather keep my money in a coffee tin than trust wells fargo as a whole. I made a foolish mistake ever banking with them.
August 31 I was wrongfully charged at Walmart of an amount of $202 dollars. I originally was purchasing an item for $2 however the lady at the register said the item I brought the barcode didn't scan. Thinking it was a 2 dollar item I already inserted my card and pin to move the process on. So the barcode didn't work so went to grab another item and when I return the lady at the register just finished helping a customer. I asked the lady at Walmart did she cancel my last transaction and she said yes.
Now onto wells fargo. I have been contesting this since September 1 2024. I was denied by wells fargo for help multiple times. Until a higher up name Brian said he would help me....come to find out he failed to tell me he canceled my debit card and had to wait for a new one!!!! This was on December 11 I was on vacation no access to my money and no way to buy christmas gifts!
Here's the cherry on top. After my debit card was canceled the claims department still denied me any help! Despite banking with them nearly 10 years never making any claim and this only time they were no help!
$200 was stolen from me neither Walmart or wells fargo helped. Wells fargo shafted me on my vacation and holiday shopping.
Do not bank with a heartless bank!

Worst bank ever someone scammed me with my card with 5,000 dollars I went to the bank AND NO ONE COULDVE HELPED ME I HATE THIS BANK NOW IM IN DEBT ???.

02/24/23, 3:35pm. Been waiting about 10 minutes now, there's only 1 teller helping one customer but there are two ladies behind the counter who are just chatting away and they didn't even acknowledge me or say they will be right with me. One of them came to the front to verify a transaction for the teller and still she didn't say "someone would be with you".

Spent an hour and a half waiting to be helped for a transaction and the manager let me know I was not going to be attended anytime soon because I didn't have an appointment and the person that was going to help me was taking their Lunch break. Ridiculously bad service. There's a WF down the road - go there instead.

I received the CA middle class tax refund card in the mail. I called Wells Fargo to inquire if I can get the funds there. I was advised to go inside the branch and withdraw the funds from the card, then I could deposit it into my account. When I arrived, the female teller informed me that it only works 50% of the time, for unknown reason. It did not work in my case. She said most people can do it through the ATM outside. I tried twice but it didn't work. I went back inside and this time a different teller named Alejandro said he can help me. He walked outside to the ATM to assist me. When the prompt gets to the part where you have an option to select Debit, Savings or Checking, he said I have to select "Checking" or it won't work. The first teller never mentioned that. I truly appreciate Alejandro's assistance.

This one has a very bad customer service especially when you have to deal with a bank manager named Tony. This guy is very reluctant to help and when he promises to do something, he has never done it. This bank has been closed since September till now without any notice to the customers.

Super nice staff!! Mega helpful and kind (for the most part), it’s just Wells Fargo overall that sucks. The ATM froze in the middle of the transaction for no reason and they made me call costumer service (they couldn’t help me on the spot) and then they made me wait a whole week to get my money...

I just was reminded why I NEVER come to this branch! THE SLOWEST BRANCH EVER!!!! I’ve been to many Wells Fargo and this by far is theee slowest!!VERY ANNOYING!!!
