Wells Fargo doesn’t disappoint! This branch sucks too! Slow service, all the while the line grows longer. The free and I assume capable teller rather take decorations off the Christmas tree that they still had up…Talk about priorities…

Robert helped me with opening my business account. He is great and is genuinely interested in getting to know his client and their needs. If you need to open an account, ask for him.

Absolutely horrific and terrible banking experience. Arrived to an empty bank and 7 employees twiddling their thumbs. Needed to close an account after 23 years and they turned us away and said no one as available to help. They smirked and mocked us as we left. Luckily this is not my main bank and I know better than to stay! DO NOT bank with Wells Fargo.

I go to this location a lot and Ina is the worst and slowest bank teller have ever had. Andrea does not know what she is doing when performing transactions. The line was out the door With only 2 bank tellers and 3 managers behind the desk staring at everyone. This is by far the worst Wells Fargo location I've seen.

I needed a letter from the bank with my account details. Pretty simple really. Was told to make an appointment. I did. Was called to say they can't make the appointment. Explained this is for a business grant and I need it today and they said they couldn't do it. For being a business customer for 12 years that's a pretty shitty way to treat your "high value" customers.

I opened an account to try out the bank and receive $400 for the trial. My experience with this branch, and Wells Fargo as a whole has been terrible, It takes 3-4 calls or visits to a branch to achieve the smallest things. Now I am trying to close my account and even that is cumbersome. First I went to the branch and talked to a teller who said that I would need to speak with a banker but no one was available. They promised to call me with an appointment time but never called. I then tried closing the account by phone and after getting my information for 45 minutes they said that my balance was to big and I would have to go to a branch. I have now withdrawn all of my money from the bank so hopefully I can close the account with a phone call. I do a lot of banking and this is one of my worst experiences.

THEY LOST OR THREW AWAY MY ORIGINAL MILITARY POWER OF ATTORNEY AFTER SCANNING IT! I grew up here in Chula and have had my wells accounts since I was a teenager. For over 15 years. I have since joined the Navy, gotten married to another Navy service member and hyphenated my name, etc. I came here to deposit an escrow check to both my husband and I. Due to my husband not being listed on the account I have had since I was a teenager, they would not allow me to do so even though I have FULL POWER OF ATTORNEY due to his current deployment. They would also NOT allow me to add my husband as a beneficiary on the accounts so we could deposit the check- they refused and said "he has to be here"! Even if I brought in our marriage certificate I was told that would not suffice to add him as a beneficiary. I was told by a banker that HE WOULD HAVE TO COME IN, IN PERSON to show them the power of attorney, which I had The original IN HAND, at the branch already! How in the HELL would he be able to come in in person while he is DEPLOYED? What is the point of having FULL POWER OF ATTORNEY if Wells Fargo refuses to allow you to utilize it? I plan on closing my accounts of 15+ years and recommending my family members do so as well. If anyone in the military is considering Wells Fargo, I wouldn't. UPDATE- IT GETS WORSE! 3 days after I left this location I was scheduled to sign close of escrow documents due to SELLING a HOUSE while my husband is deployed. As I opened my important document folder I hadn't opened since leaving Wells Fargo since I needed my power of attorney to sign, I realized Giulietta the banker had only handed me back a COPY of my power of attorney stapled to a transaction record at wells. I am unable to transfer title on our old house without the original power of attorney. I called and went back to the location but Giulietta was no longer in possession of my original power of attorney needed to my family due to military deployment! When I visited previously she took it (the original) from me and scanned a copy. She said "no I didn't make a copy!" When I came back into the branch- If you didn't make a copy why the hell is there a copy stapled to my transaction receipt? She told me this with a smile on her face. This is going to cost us thousands of dollars in additional mortgage bills and will potentially cost us our home buyer if we fall out of escrow. This is serious gross negligence. I am seriously in disbelief in regards to the ineptitude displayed at Wells Fargo.
