We love our daughter’s daycare! We toured a lot of daycares and did “trial days” at several, and the difference here was night and day. The director Nikki was so warm and accommodating from the start. My daughter is new to daycare and has previously only been in family care. They were super accommodating and patient with anything she needed to ease her transition. Her teachers Ms. D and Ms. Elsie are so wonderful with her, they are always very warm and welcoming, and very patient and sweet comforting her when she is having a hard time. Everyone in the building, not just her teachers seems to know her by name. She is almost always in a good mood when we come to pick her up. The peace of mind I have with her here makes it so much easier for me to focus on work without feeling constantly concerned or guilty.

I have been trying to enroll my daughter for almost 2months now and when contacting the facility I’m told I will receive a call back or no one can give any answers regarding the process of my enrollment! Everytime I’m told someone will call me back no one ever returns my calls. It has been so frustrating trying to get daycare.

My 6 month old daughter has been attending Kindercare Antelope for 2 months. She loves it! I can tell she really enjoys going and her face lights up when she sees her teachers. I was so nervous at first leaving my daughter at daycare but the teachers in the infant room are so easy to talk to and very attentive to my daughter.I always drop her off early morning and when I come in they are always changing sheets and organizing. The infant room is very well kept, colorful, and I really like that there are different classrooms for different ages.I really enjoy the app because they send me updates and pictures throughout the day. She was sick for a week and missed out on tie dye day. The staff were happy to accommodate her and do one for her the following week. I appreciate them taking the time to make her feel included. I know she is 6 months old but it is important to me that gets the most out of this experience.I will post update after first year but so far so good. I highly recommend infant room. Just prepare for little one to get sick which our pediatrician did say would happen since baby had not been exposed to much yet.

My son went here for two years and it was great. There are some staff members that truly love and care for the kiddos. Once Pam the Director resigned, I noticed a major decline in quality, accountability and staff retention. My son had an incident where he came in a band aid and it was never documented. When I asked the new director Lucia, she lied to my face and said she called me when she definitely had not,. I lost all respect and confidence in her as a person and a professional and removed my child from the facility.

The staff has been and continue to be amazing towards my boys who have attended their facility for 1 year now! I love the activities, type of communication they conduct with my children. My children are very comfortable attending their day care because of the teachers/staff and of course making friends! When I found this facility, I’ve never felt so welcomed and I instantly knew that I wanted my children to attend the Antelope KinderCare! Thank you for taking great care of my boys so I could be able to work especially during this hard time we are experiencing as a whole. Thank you for being essential!Angela Sheff

Typically I don't go out of my way to leave reviews, but this time I had to. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. My two boys went here over the summer and it wasn't a good experience. Every time I came to pick my baby boy up he was literally soiled with poop, when I questioned why, they said "he wouldn't let them Change him". So I found myself/dad constantly changing him "OURSELVES" before going home which is totally out of line. I don't know what happened to this place they use to have good staff there. Thank God I took them out immediately. If you don't want your babies soiled and left with rashes, I highly recommend finding a better place than this.

I have interacted with two other center in the surrounding Sacramento area. Luckily my employment brought me close enough to have use of the Folsom location and I have to say without a doubt or hesitation the quality of care and education that is provided at this center is worth every penny that I pay. I do and have recommended this center to any and every parent looking for above average child care. I love this center. I love the staff.

I been with Kindercare 4 years, 3 different centers since we moved around a bit. I love every center. Antelope Kindercare has been by far the most understanding and flexible towards my schedule. This center is there when you need them. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They are real people. The service I have received is always kind and positive. I have high standards, no center can care for my child like me in my eyes. With that said, 5 stars is impossible. My daughter expresses daily her excitement to go the next day. Her brain is absorbing nothing but positive things. I highly recommend Kindercare, Antelope especially.

My son attended KinderCare for a few months. We've been at our new provider for almost 2 months. I am a single father raising a one year old.My son developed a rash within the first few days of attending this KinderCare. The first two weeks no one mentioned that they don't provide baby powder. The rash lasted the entire time he was there and that is not an exaggeration. They put him on 24 hr medical notice twice suggesting it might be a yeast infection. Every weekend I got the rash under control and healing. Within a day or two at this facility it was out of control again. (At his new daycare the rash was completely gone in a few days and never came back)One morning as I was dropping my kid off in the front room a crying baby, on a blanket, at my feet, rolled off of the blanket on to the hard tile floor and the two workers who were there noticed and did nothing. I put my son down and, feeling uncomfortable holding someone else's child, placed the screaming baby back on the blanket. In my opinion there were far too many children in the room for just the two working personnel. That's the short version of this particular incident.Every day my son cried so much when I dropped him off at KinderCare and also when picking him up at the end of the day. (New daycare, my son smiles, laughs and hugs the providers and me when I pick him up)When I spoke to the personnel working at KinderCare about my son I sometimes had the feeling of condescension, in a way that made me feel like my words would be more respected or taken seriously if I was a Mother rather than a Father. Moreso from a particular few, not everyone.I tried to keep this review as short as I can. I do have more to say and many details for what was said but I think I've made my point fairly clear. Also, KinderCare is choking on bureaucracy and wrapped up in red tape, making this place a great example of the death of common sense.

Do NOT let your child go here! This "school" is mismanaged and lacks organization. I've witnessed (on multiple occasions) teachers yelling at the students. I've pulled my son out of this place and he will not be returning.
