“Updated: Awesome place!! Ive taken several classes now. The fused glass dog paw heart was my first project.I've since done two more fused glass projects, taken the Intro to Stained Glass class, and a leaded glass workshop.I'd taken a class here years ago, but recently found an offer on Groupon for the glass fusing class, so signed up. So much fun creating my design. Staff was welcoming and friendly. They really know their stuff. They also offer such a variety of classes, from simple beginner level to advanced. I plan to come back many more times.”

“store is a little more cramped than their oakland location, but this one actually has parking you can use. Still easy to find everything, staff friendlier than the oakland location. Only real criticism was some of their acrylic paint shelves were empty, might have been reorganizing product.”

“Let's start by saying that the lady at the register was really nice. They just didn't have much of what I was looking for. I was looking for natural gemstones like amethyst and moonstones. They did have a lot of beautiful lamp work glass beads. Very beautiful! I can't speak for pricing because I didn't see what I wanted but I think the lamp work beads were about average prices. If that's what you want they do have beautiful focal beads.”

“My wife got a gift card to the Lakeshore Learning Store which was great as she just transitioned as a pre-school teacher at a new school, so there is a shortage of supplies and some supplies that was ordered had not come in yet. This store is know by teachers for educational supplies, tools, toys, etc. browsing through the store with my wife, it seems like most of the stuff geared towards elementary school kids, particularly the younger kids. There is seems to be a nice selection of items and educational aids throughout the store. My wife was able to easily spend the $50 gift card and then about $38 on top of that. If you sign up for their email list, they will give you a free store branded reusable bag. The employees seem very nice. It was a pleasant store to shop in. I'm sure my wife will want to come back sometime in the near future to purchase more stuff. We live closer to Walnut Creek, so next time, we may try going to that location to see if there are more items not available at this store.”

“The staff were so kind and helpful.Had everything I was looking for and then andbentire cart full I was not, but still baugjt anyways lol. Even the hubby helped me! We hand-picked each piece and made our own Christmas Garland. We also made a few other orrangments.”

“Joann Fabrics has a decent fabric selection and stoclks supplies for most crafting endevors. They always bring in great seasonal items as well, but you need to time purchasing just right. Ideally, wait for items to go on sale, but don't wait too long or everything will be gone. Make sure you have your coupons lined up before you head in. I just use the app on my phone. Happy crafting!”
