My appointment was the same day I contacted them. The office was clean and stylish and everyone was so nice. The Dr. Explained my situation in a very clear and friendly way. Before I left we had a treatment plan mapped out with billing completed and the next two appointments scheduled. I am very glad I switched and highly recommend this office.

Overall experience was pleasant.. until i left. & Realized i didn't actually address the main reason for making the appt. & Painful broken tooth that i needed pulled. (It wasn't totally excruciating when i left) & was distracted w the potential $25k bill payment i would need to go ahead w the snap in dentures. Called next morning to get seen again & was told it'd cost over $500 to pull it. (Thought the estimate was approx $250ish for that tooth but extra costs i guess. Already had full mouth x-rays & 3d scan so idk) my fiance called his dentist & she could pull it for $200 including x-ray she would need to take. I went to his & come to find out, i had a pretty bad abscess infection almost into my sinus. It was never mentioned at Aspen. Hard to believe they could have missed that since it was the ONLY full maxillary molar left in my mouth. I would hope that this was a mistake & not them just trying to get another $25k+ cash customer signed.. then again. Would i want to go to a dentist that could miss something like this that was the main reason for the appointment in the first place?!? I decided to just go somewhere else. I was very impressed w the overall experience while i was there so i wouldn't necessarily not recommend them. For routine or simple appointments i think. My situation was a bit more complicated & severe, attention needed to several things. I would advise them to be a bit more thorough that they're addressing the actually reason for the appointment since we're forced to choose only 1 reason & can't choose multiple reasons.

Hands down the Greatest dental experience ever. I’ve been experiencing a toothache for nearly 2 months and I called Aspen Dental after a friend had a great experience and they were able to get me I. Next morning. They were so helpful and concerned and actually listened to what I needed.I came in next morning just to find out they were 3 mins from me and they did exactly what they stated which was get me taken care of. Everyone was so nice and eager to help. The office cleanliness was “Superb” I mean I was impressed every 5 minutes by staff Doctor, Dental assistant and everything.The Doctor was super gentle with me and assured me it would be pain free and indeed it was. He even took time to just have a regular conversation which I appreciated because it showed me that I wasn’t just another patient.I got a great payplan with my horrible credit but again I couldn’t be happier. I love, love, love Aspen Dental.

I was able to schedule an emergency appointment for the same day, even though I was not a patient. The entire staff was fast, friendly and efficient. I will be changing to Aspen dental immediately.

I kept getting shuffled from specialist to specialist, none of them in my network and a situation got worse and worse. Glad I found this place. All the different types of dentist under one roof. Everyone interacted with was pleasant and patient.

Review was originally 2 starsI must be the only person this has happened to.My first visit for X-rays was amazing, we got me set up for deep cleaning and then a week later standard cleaning. If this review was based of that... 5+ stars.A week later they called me to reschedule my cleaning, this is a day before asking me to come in at 10, due to a lack of hygienist. I am unable to make a 10 o'clock appointment due to work. They say they can fit me in at 9. I take it knowing i will be a little late for work. Once i was there it almost appear to be chaos. The gentleman who was my hygienist was nice and friendly but informed me he had never been in the is office before and had to keep getting up to "find" things he needed. In the middle of my cleaning they told him his next patient was in and they were waiting for him, and if he wanted to go to the next patient. He politely told them no, that he was going to finish with me and proceeded to do so. Once he was done he was briskly swept from the room where i waited for someone else to tell me further instructions.My follow-up cleaning was scheduled for a week later. They also called to cancel that one, I asked them about going to a different Aspen Dental and they said i could but have paid for my services at the Greenback location and would have to re-establish myself at a new location. I made an appoint for Wednesday at 8 am. (this coming up Wednesday)This morning... I received a text and an email stating they need to reschedule my appointment again. I have tried to call a few times to reschedule only for it to ring a few times and the line go dead.UPDATE-After speaking with the company I will be changing my review stars. I guess they kept scheduling me for 8 am appointment's with no actual hygienists until 9am.

The staff are always cordial and attentive. I have had many appointments now, as well as needing to call the office. Each time was equally as pleasant with excellent response to my needs.

Dr. Jeffers was fantastic. Listened patiently to my desired goals and needs. Gave me an honest professional opinion about what I needed and already had and what steps I needed to take to maintain a healthy step going forward. Good honest staff and doctor. Would highly recommend using Aspen dental on 6871 Greendack boulevard.

Not transparent on what the customer actually has to pay, and they make getting a refund as hard as possible they like to take advantage of young people. Don’t go here. They will screw you and mess up the credit you’ve built up.

I was in a rush to make it to my appointment on time and accidentally had a tumble outside the dental office. The sweet woman working the front offered me ointment and bandaids when she saw me and didn't make me feel embarrassed! I was a first time patient so I had x-rays done and mentioned I had very sensitive teeth. My dentist and dental assistant were very sweet, professional and gentle with my teeth! I also purchased a kit and was given the classic goodie bag, toothbrush, floss and toothpaste.I would highly recommend this location for your dental needs! SYOY! :-)

Aspen Dental is amazing they help me get my Mom’s dentures repaired even though she couldn’t go into the office due to health reasons. They understood the challenge and provided the best solution they could under the circumstances.

Beware of thus Dental company/office. After almost 2 years my husband and I are still receiving bills and issues with billing all for 3 different visits within a 1 month period. At each vist we made out of pocket for what was anticipated we would owe. On top of that the insurance has already paid portions if the bill as well and we already paid other bills that came in the mail. However, still after almost 2 years we are saying there are unpaid charges, new charges and money owed. WAIT......WHAT. how is that possible when the insurance stated in multiple EOBs over the last 2 years that charges were denied because the dental office did not provide the proper documentation for the procedure and we were responsible for none of it. It sounds like Insurance fraud to me. I cannot believe that a company would stoop so low. Worst mistake we ever made was going to Aspen Dental and not getting a second opinion. I feel like they push procedures that aren't needed and the service was horrible. I waited for 45 minutes passed my appointment before even getting seen. They over schedule, over promise, over charge and under deliver. If the issue doesn't get resolved I will be contacting my insurance provider, CA dental board, CA dept of insurance and Call Kurt's. Last time I called I asked to speak to a manager and they were supposed to call me back but never did. This dental office does not deserve to be in business and needs to have their licenses revoked. How can you treat patients this way. Worst dental experience ever in my life. Technically zero stars is preferred. Horrible, horrible company, crooks and theifts.

I cannot say enough good things about this place it was a professional clean friendly atmosphere they took the time to explain everything to us the whole process very professional people easy to work with financially very helpful at providing us with excellent top rated service at a low cost I can't stand up good things about this place I would recommend this place to anybody this is definitely a top notch Dental place for everything so professionalthey don't work on your teeth until you are completely pain-free and my mom is scared to death of the dentist and they really put her at ease their patient compassionate and caring
