Thank you to Zach Stacy at the ATT on Sunrise. He helped us for over an hour get our new phones set up and walked us through other trouble shooting issues. He was always honest and transparent with us. He helped us get the most for our money and didn’t try to upsale us on profits.

We had to make changes to our plan. We were helped as soon as we walked into the store. Our representative was very knowledgeable and we were in and out in no time.

I needed to get a device for my elderly father and the transaction was somewhat complicated. Gina, the manager, and Matt were so helpful and easy to work with. They also cleared out phone lines he didn’t need which will save him money on his bill. I really appreciated the transparency. I highly recommend this store!

Anahit at the Sunrise Blvd. store in CH was AMAZINGLY helpful and knowledgeable. She handled our 5 phone upgrades/switches so calmly and professionally. She's a major benefit to the store and company. Gina, her manager was also extremely helpful. Anahit is a gem and we are very grateful for her patience and help. Thank you Anahit!

This store is nothing but problems. I came in last summer to get a new phone and wasn’t told about extra fees and charges and I had to go in to try and handle it and ended up having to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service. April 28th, 2024 I went in to get my husband and I watches. Once again, I wasn’t told about extra fees. This time the fees were for joining in the middle of a billing cycle and also was charged the wrong pro rate fee for this. I was told they can’t fix it and I would have to spend extra time on the phone with the billing department. I also wasn’t told about start up fees. This place tells you nothing when you buy things and it’s awful. They are just trying to get sales and don’t care about the customers.

Patient, excellent service on all 3 times I came in with Rene smoothing everything out on the third time. My iphone SE and Apple watch require learning curves and I am almost there! Thank you!

Ana was awesome! I’ve been to this store location before & that experience was awful & I left the store really angry. This time I actually prayed before I entered the store. Ana was very kind, sincerely caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Her level of customer service was well above excellence! Thank you!!!

The new store manager Gina was amazing. I had been fighting to get the activation fees removed from my account as promised by one of the reps that came to my house during my fiber install. After repeatedly contacting that rep to fix the issue with no return call from him Gina was able to reach out to his manager to get the issue resolved. Gina also corrected the other issues on my account and even managed to save me a little extra per month. I am very satisfied with her care and attention to detail. I will only be returning to this location in the future.

The employees were great, friendly and very helpful, but the manager here, Javier is the worst! He was no help, and acted like he was going to do something to help my current phone exchange issue instead he just said to go home and come back another day. Not to mention in front of me (the customer) he told one of his employees to lie to another customer about their current phone issues and why it was taking so long to solve their problem. He acts like he's working while playing games on his phone. Someone needs to get rid of this guy and hire someone who will actually help their customers.
