this place is the place that I was looking for, I think it is 100% health food.
there was dried ducks heart's, pig nose,cow and pig hooves,Elk horns,cows vertebrate,ect. I will soon get a goldenoodle dog breed and that is the store that I liked the MOST for now!!!❤️❤️?????

Overall, all employees from every location have always been helpful in my couple years of shopping with them, but I’d love to give a shout out to Madison at the Citrus Heights location! I’ve had a hard time finding stock for my cats best food choice, and she saved my life in the nick of time! Helpful and informative, I am always grateful for these people! :)

We went here for a self-dog wash. You pay $15 and get a token. It’s a small room. You don’t have a lot of options or towels to use. I read previous comments with high ratings….how? The air got hot. The water temp was good, but you don’t have options for shampoo. My dog came out pretty darn wet still. We will not come back. The front staff was not great.

Pretentious owner come off like they have had their head up their behind for years and refuse to pull it out. I appreciated the knowledgeable staff but the female manager or owner put a bad taste in my mouth with how she spoke to me.

I called a few times to be sure the food I needed was in stock. Each time the staff was helpful and kind and happy to help. No one else keeps this food in stock. When I arrived I was happy to see how clean and well organized the store was. It is smaller than the big chain stores and that was a plus! Easy to walk around and see all the merchandise. The staff were very friendly in person. The prices were reasonable. The selection was amazing!!! So many options for healthy food. My cat sitter Jandy told me about this place and I’m so glad she did! Plenty of parking out front and Sprouts next door.

Everyone at this location is lovely but the owner, Christine is just an exceptional human. My sweet cat got a pretty grim diagnosis and I frantically went in there and was so comforted by her every visit. She took the time with me to go over any (and ALL) of my questions and worries with such presence and compassion. It's rare to come across someone who is so whole heartedly committed to the health and well-being of your fur child-not to mention your fur child's parent. I am truly grateful to her and the staff as well as the incredible selection they so thoughtfully curate. If you love your pet-go NO WHERE ELSE.

I have been going to this store for years. I am in there at least once or twice a month. They have ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful. Make a fuss over my dog and give her treats which is really very sweet, she LOVES to go to the puppy store! This last time I went, and also one time before. Two new people.I hate describing people this way, (but no name tag) She had Rainbow colored hair obviously the one in charge because the other girl kept having to go to her with my questions. She couldn’t have been more unpleasant. Sitting on a stool looking down texting on her phone, the entire time I was there, and I was the only person in the store. No eye contact, just completely ignores you.Neither one looked very happy to be there.Completely different atmosphere.However I felt bad for the other girl.So I brought in my bag like I usually try to remember to do, It’s one the store gave me to use. I put it on the counter with my purchase.She hands me my card back, I put it away,and bent down to pick up my dog and she just walks away from the register! The other woman, still on the stool texting on her phone.My purchases left on the counter with the bag beside them. O my gosh! How totally rude! Not a word said! But I got the message! Still no one else in the store just me and my pup.Oh and of course, no treat for her that she was happily waiting for.In all the years, I have been going there that has never happened. They happily put the food in the bag and thank me for bringing it.AND even offer to carry it out!! Which I took them up on one time. I had a heavy purchase (frozen) and carrying my dog too.It’s close to home and I loved going there and taking my dog because it was a special treat for her and me too! Everyone was always so very nice and “happy” to help everyone.Note to self:Not everybody that “can” do. Customer service “should” do Customer Service..I recently went to the Roseville store.It is way out of my way, but I didn’t want the same experience for a third time.They were like this store ‘use’ to be.I’ll go where they appreciate my business.

I went in looking to try the topical flea and tick spray wondercide, i was reading the small bottle worried about scent. She said no worries get this one so if you like it you don't hav etc come back. (a larger bottle) the scent was so strong we slept with the windows open, even Pete wanted it off. I also couldnt find his brush so I went to the brushes and noted the plastic casing (all of the grooming p were in) made it difficult to gauge how firm the beisstl were. The brush was like a dolls brush, silky smooth with no brushing capability what so ever. $25 The spray size she chose was $35 no refunds or returns on grooming products or herbal supplements I made a $60 donation apparently

The dog brush was in a hard plastic container and turned out to be soft like my daughter’s brushes for her dolls, and no return policy for brushesThe wondercide was so powerful scent that we had to open windows and Pete still has fleas, and no returns on supplementsI just made a $50 donation apparently
