I went there to get my sim card changed or replaced and changed to a new phone I purchased from Boost. Long time Boost customer with an active line paid up. This store tried to charge me a $72. activation fee for my active line. I went home, disgusted, ready to dump Boost but decided to try and chat on the website. My new sim card is on its way for no fee and will work in my new phone. I will never go back to this store.

I went in yesterday to transfer service to a new phone I bought online. They wanted to charge me $70+ to transfer service to my new phone and to transfer pics I would need to do it myself. The last time I did this it was around $35 and they transferred all my data. I will never go back here
