Brought in my BCS 853 two wheel tractor for some warranty work a few months ago. Some of the folks here were a bit brusque, maybe because I was a homeowner (they seem to cater to contractors mostly), they seemed super busy, and I had bought the machine from a different dealer. But they got the work done right and they were responsive, so I really can’t complain too much. That’s definitely to their credit since a small brand like BCS is probably far down on the list of brands that they specialize in; they replaced the clutch, which is deep inside the machine, and I haven’t had to bring anything back to them. Drop off and pick up all went smoothly.

I have purchased all powered residential landscape equipment from this business since 1984 & strongly recommend. They carry quality brands at reasonable prices & stand behind warranties. They are swamped in early spring but are very attentive any other time. I recently needed carburetor adjusted on a gas powered hedge trimmer. It was adjusted on the spot - no charge! Thank you.

Was going to bring my mower in, but they've got a bunch of political flags all over. Will not be going in. It just shows a lack of professionalism.

Everybody should come check out this shop. All the workers at the front desk. Really good people and the family that owns. It's super nice guys. Always take care of you and unlike all these other lawn mower shops the ones that only take care of the big companies and not the small guys. This is the place to go. They take care of the small companies. They remember the small people. The ones that made the shops what they are but not these people. They take care of your really good and it really reasonable on the price. Every time I buy something they always give me a discount. I always deal with Ryan but the rest of the guys are super awesome too. But Ryan's a good guy and he knows is equipment

Stopped at Citrus Heights mower. The guy that helped me could have been in a better mood. I told him I need a new charger for my blower and handed him the charger. He says are you sure it's the charger I said well look at it, it's hanging by a thread. Then he says $36. I'll have to order it I mean he wasn't even polite in the least. I said, you know, I'll go somewhere else or I'll order it online from Stihl myself. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing so don't treat me like garbage.

I recently bought a Echo chainsaw from another store and was having difficulties starting it on a consistent basis. I wasn't sure if it was a defective equipment or just an incompetent operator, i.e. Me. So I decided to bring it by CHSM hoping they could give me some pointers in terms of how to start the darn thing even though that I wasn't a customer. So I got to the shop and took the chainsaw out of my trunk and tried starting it one more time before taking it into the store. As I was trying to start it the parking lot several of their service technicians saw that I was having problems and came over and offered to help even without me asking. They immediately saw that I had flooded the engine and show me how to get it dried out and to get it started. They also gave me some pointers if I should have similar issues in the future. They've definitely got me as a customer for any future purchases or servicing of my equipment. Nice job!!

Appreciate the old fashion customer service! Too many businesses these days continue to use Covid as an excuse to provide terrible service. I fully expected to leave my blower at the shop for a few weeks until they were able to get to my repair. However, they took my blower and fixed there while I waited. In and out within 15 minutes and charged much less than expected. Thank you!
